PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS
I'm blown away and very happy with the performance of this mini PC. I'm strictly using it to surf the web and as a media device on my living room TV. It replaces an older tower computer running Windows 7 with a 5th gen Core i7 and 16GB of ram with a 2TB HDD that's no longer supported by Microsoft and now no longer plays nicely with Chrome, Google Drive, etc. Amazing how small the form factor of this Beelink really is. I have it hooked to my 75" 4K TV with an HDMI 2.1 cable and it has no issues playing 4K HDR videos from YouTube, streaming SlingTV, Discovery+ and playing movies stored on the external SSD I have attached to it. I'm likely going to add a SATA 2TB SSD to the internal slot and add additional content there and will likely upgrade to 32GB of ram, but so far I'm very satisfied with this unit for my uses. I have it in the TV console under where my TV is wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the wall. The only issue I have experienced so far is with the dongle for my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. When placed in the USB ports on the device itself, there is a ton of interference from something that the mouse and keyboard barely worked. This was the case whether the dongle was placed in the front or rear ports. To solve the problem, I got a USB extension that allows me to remotely mount the dongle about 18" away from the computer itself (but still inside the TV console) and the mouse and keyboard now work perfectly from across the room and never lag, drop out or disconnect as they were constantly doing before. I'm writing this review on this Beelink Mini PC and am very happy with my purchase. Aside from the wireless dongle interference there are zero issues I've found so far.

I am really enjoying these Beelink mini PCs. This is the 8th or 9th one I have installed for various people around town, and they just work so well. Such a great alternative for a workstation computer. Much cheaper and smaller than something you would find from those bigger named OEMs, who want to sell everyone a tower PC. IF you are looking for a productivity PC and don't need a lot of graphics power or processing, then I would give one of Beelink's mini PCs a shot. They are all solid choices, and I think you will be highly pleased. All of the setups I have installed so far are dual monitors with webcams and such. Most are wifi, and they work great, but if you need it to be on a wired connection, that works great too. With the dual LAN ports, you can even pass through the network to another device if you need to, like a network printer or IP IP-based phone, or whatever you have. Overall, solid pick, and I have not had any issues with any of the models from Beelink so far.

Great Performance in a Compact Package – A Solid Laptop Replacement!

I replaced an old laptop setup (with an external monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse) with the Beelink SER5 MAX, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. The performance has been excellent—fast, responsive, quiet, and reliable. With 16GB of RAM and the NVMe SSD, everything runs smoothly, whether I’m multitasking or doing light gaming. I also bought a second one, with 32GB for a similar setup for my work. One minor issue I ran into was with the Bluetooth not working after the PC had been unplugged for a while. It turned out to be a Windows driver issue—not a fault of the Beelink itself. I updated the Bluetooth drivers, and everything’s worked perfectly since. I also love how compact it is—I mounted it to the back of my monitor, which freed up even more desk space compared to my old laptop setup. Overall, I’m really happy with this mini PC and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sleek, powerful, and space-saving solution!

Great little machine, poor shipping
The computer itself rates five stars, but I had to take one off because of the poor shipping. There was virtually no packing material in the larger box is came in and you could tell that smaller Beelink box had been bouncing around during the trip inside it. I can see skimping on the crumpled up paper or bubble wrap for a carton of books or bed sheets, but why not use 50 cents worth of something to keep expensive electronics cushioned on the trip? That said, the machine seems to have survived, and is running well. It's quick, has a very quiet fan, and takes up about the same horizontal space as my oversized cell phone. It came with Windows 11 already installed, which saved me the time of upgrading from Windows 10. If the machine has longevity I'll likely get another one when it's time to upgrade.

Blew out after 11 months

This PC was working fine for 11 months. In the beginning it has occasional crashes but few bios settings eliminated most of them. The main serious problem happened few days ago where out of the blue, few minutes after power on and before running anything, the device blew out emitting a burning smell.

Bluetooth failed
not a bad pc but the bluetooth failed after a bit under 5 months of use. Code 10 power failure per device manager. so far everything else works fine. will update review if things change

Great Windows 11 computer at a great price!

What a great little computer! It's very fast and powerful and a very small form-factor, smaller than a Mac Mini. It has pretty much everything you could want built in at a very low price. It runs extremely quiet, no heat and looks great on the desk. This was a very easy upgrade to our old Windows 10 computer and is compatible with all of the apps we used.
