This is a very handy little machine. I am using mine as a linux server (getting the drivers for the realtek ethernet chipset wasn't fun), but if you're sticking with the pre-installed Windows, it's perfectly fine. I also installed a second NVMe, but it works out of the box as-is. TIPS FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE: All mini PCs have a problem with heat. And when things get too hot, the computer automatically slows things down to keep it from burning itself out. I want to share some tips that helped me lower my hottest component (the nvme drive) by 15-20 C. #1 - Buy the cheapest nvme heatsink you can find and use that. This minipc has an interesting silicone pad/heat spreader screwed into the bottom plate, which comes into contact (sorta) with the nvme area. Just remove that (it unscrews on the sides and has two pink silicone squares stuck to it). I got several cheap nvme heatsinks from Amazon for less than $7-- you don't need much. Anyway, you have to remove the existing heatspreader thing for it to fit, but after it lowered the temp of the NVMe by almost 10C. #2 - Use a mini-pc stand and stand it on its side! See my picture (excuse the messy wires). For the stand, I am using a 3D print I found free on one of those "printables" sites... The main thing is you must have the side (what is now the bottom) open to be able to draw in air. It can't be upright and directly on a flat surface, or air won't be able to get into the PC. If you don't have a 3D printer, you can also probably buy a similar stand on Amazon. But anyway-- simply standing it on its side lowered my temp by another 5-10C. This also lowers the overall temperatures in the computer. Even if you decide to sit it on your desk normally, try to raise it up by an inch so there can be airflow on the bottom. It can sit on top of legos or bits of wood-- something-- just make sure air can get to all sides and you aren't blocking any of the vents! -- Anyway-- I hope these tips help other folks. They helped me, and they would probably help with any mini pc. ... show more

Very happy with this mini pc. Was looking for a smaller option and to upgrade my older laptop to control all my laser engravers, 3d printers and uv printers, doing 3d modeling, making product photos, running my website and more and this little pc delivers. I was also able to run AAA games through Steam. Its definitely not the most powerful pc out there. If you plan to game its not going to deliver the highest settings but for casual play with some little drop in graphic settings you'll be able to enjoy some high end games with good frame rates and devent graphics. ... show more

Our aging tower computer was becoming old and slow, and would have required investing in RAM and SSD upgrades to compete with the more modern computers. I researched various mini-computers and their capabilities and decided on this one. Great price and excellent performance. Very easy to set up, and although we didn't use the capability, it could have been mounted on the back of our existing monitor with the included bracket. My current monitor has a VGA input jack, so I needed to purchase an HDMI to VGA adapter cable from Amazon, but that was inexpensive and immediately worked with the mini-computer's HDMI output. It also has display port outputs for those that have more modern monitors. Although a set of drivers are available to download from the support site, the included Windows 11 detected all the hardware in this mini-computer and set it up to function properly without the need to use the company's drivers. ... show more

Great value, the preinstalled windows was impaired so I had to install new. Other than that, so far so good. These days 16hb ram can't handle anything. I also like how fast it processes gigabites of data for my data analysis.
