Love this product so far extremely fast and easy to setup. Have had some driver issues and found out I don't have internal speakers. This should be a feature distinction since most are used to computers having internal speakers. I spent an hour troubleshooting it. Also it is more difficult to get assistance because the description of the device is vague. When you go to the driver website it is not very intuitive. Using it day to day and for what I do it is fantastic I am on my computer for long days and have multipe chrome pages open at at at time. It works great with my Dell Monitors. Connects easily to the wifi and hard connection. I had some issues with the bluetooth driver it kept going away every day. I spent sometime with microsoft support and so far haven't had an issue. Can hear anything though with out my headset.

Got this as a backup workstation to my M3 Mac Pro. It works incredibly well for what it is, and at current prices, it's a really good value that does everything I need. I'm a full-stack developer working mostly with Claude Code and WSL. The machine is compact, powerful, and quiet. You can even do a bit of gaming on it, though I don't really have the time! I like it so much that I think I'll get the SER10 next and turn this one into my dedicated 3D modeling and printing workstation. Ports are good, setup was not but that has nothing to do with the PC that was windows 11.

I bought this over a week ago and wanted to really wait until I had a chance to properly put it through its paces and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my purchase even if I tried! First off, this little PC is very quiet. I would have to get really close to it to even hear it. It came pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro and no bloatware from what I could see. It was fairly easy to set up and the shut down/boot up time is easily within 5 seconds max. A far cry from my last pc that took 30 minutes to shut down. It was easy to connect it to my monitor. In my case, I had to use a vga/hdmi adapter because my monitor is a bit old, but it worked just as well. I'm not sure about the techy side of it, but the usb ports work fine. Everything about it was easy to set up. As far as gaming goes, I know it's not meant to be a gaming pc but as far as running emulators and some decent spec'd games like Warframe and Rider's Republic, I haven't experienced any issues. It does heat up a bit during RR so changing the specs to low to mid fixed that. Overall, if you're looking for a gaming pc this isn't it, but if you want a pc that's great for every day use, some light to mid gaming and a good handy machine, then this one is for you!

Easiest set up I have experienced in 20 years with a new pc. Fast, quiet and convenient monitor mounting option. This PC came exactly as described and is very well represented in product photos and video. Pre loaded Windows 11 is a bonus. Needed a couple of Windows updates but what new PC doesn't. I am not a gamer and bought this machine for the sole purpose of remote work from home. I am extremely happy with the speed and performance at a very reasonable cost.

I've bought over two dozen Beelink machines this year. I've had issues with three of them, which is more than I'd like but not terrible. Their warranty service and customer support is terrible. TERRIBLE. That being said, the computers are priced very competitively and when they work, they work well. Buy this if you are comfortable getting it installed and the issues ironed out in the Amazon return window because once you're dealing with Beelink you're in for a long rough road. Customer service responses come from overseas and take 1-2 days and generally involve requesting the same information over and over. Return shipping for defective items is at the customers expense and they require you not use USPS which makes for an expensive and time consuming return ($40 in my case). So why rate it highly? When they work these units are great and they are priced low enough you can just buy a spare to keep on hand while you spend a month with customer service getting one replaced. The units are easy enough to open and contain a spot for a 2.5" sata drive and the hardware to install one. The VESA bracket is a bit annoying as it only allows attaching from one side and places the machine such that the power button is very inconvenient. You can switch the case around so it attaches on the back but it requires significant modification (grinding metal and drilling holes).

This is the 2nd Beelink SER6 I've had to return due to software problems. The hardware seems very nice, but someone is messing with the pre-loaded Windows 11 install. It could be Beelink or maybe it's the numerous individual Amazon sellers. The first SER6 was returned because Windows 11 became un-activated within a couple hours of me booting the system for the first time. The error indicated that the serial was used on another machine. That's pretty terrible, but sometimes accidents happen. I sent the machine back. Now, I have to return this SER6 because the local user account was unable to install software. Yes, the user account that I set-up at first boot was an administrator. Yes, I created another administrator account and tried to install (and uninstall) software from that account as well. In each instance, Windows would give an error 2502 and I was unable to install or uninstall anything unless I did it from an elevated command prompt window. I don't think anyone should expect to deal with this and I don't understand how Microsoft allows Windows to have its installer modified by a third-party to this degree. I can only imagine Beelink's (or whomever) motivation isn't in my best interest and I can't trust the product. Be careful.
