Should have bought the Beelink first! Long story short a few months ago I bought another brand of mini PC and had a horrible experience between product quality and service. I had let a price difference of about $80 sway my opinion and it cost me a lot of time and frustration. Eventually I got a refund from the other brand and spent a month just looking up reviews and opinions on the better value and function mini PCs. The SER5 Pro is what kept popping up as a good solid reliable option. Everywhere from YouTube reviews to Amazon reviews to top 10 lists this kept placing very highly. It had a $60 coupon at the time so I used that to purchase ram to beef it up to 32GB, already had an SSD to install in it. It was easy to install both the RAM and the additional SSD, and after the usual 2 hours of windows updates I had this up and running. Windows 11pro is a pain, but that's not Beelink's fault. I love this little thing! Super quiet, fast and responsive, hasn't balked at anything I've thrown at is since I got it up an running. Handles Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and all of my usual programs without a hitch. I'm not a gammer so I can't speak to that but this was streaming 4K without any hiccups which my previous PC could not really handle. I do fully intend to get at least one or two more of these as work stations for my business. Thank you Beelink!

I was really surprised by this mini PC. The gfx hold up well, although you won't be olaying the latest games at the best FPS or processing hi-res videos. But for any other PC purpose, it's wonderful gor the cost. Essentially just a sohped up laptop without peripherals, it's a great way to upgrade work or home PCs without breaking a budget, or to add a personal server to your home or small business network.

I've been my own computers for 20 years, and will never buy anything other than a mini PC like this unless I was building a gaming rig. This works extremely well as a home media center, for 1080p video editing, audio/music production, and any other basic computer stuff. It's dead silent and fits anywhere. You could even attach it to the back of your monitor to make it "invisible". Mini PCs really are the best.

I bought this for gaming. It handled everything other than gaming well. I tried playing fortnite and as soon as i was in the lobby it just crashed. It ran roblox well though.

I bought it on black friday deal. I am amaze with quality of this PC. Its case, smooth construnction of all inputs. Ryzen 7 5700U CPU and SSD are very fast for my needs. I have not tried any games. The Installation was very quick and so far no issues. I have not change any BIOS or others OS features. It works very fast. There are 3 USB and 2 HDMI and USB C, 1TB SSD, 16GB ram. These should enough input or output. It supports 4K but I do not have monitor. Some I will upgrade to 32GB. Hope it will not get hot as currently is ver quite and cool. Case of PC is well designed and good quality. I am happy with it and time will tell more as I use more.

I was surprised at the small size but the performance is real good for general use. Windows 11 is different enough to require some thought how to use but is necessary to learn. I liked the device so well I bought a second one and needed some customer support for my application and they were terrific, responding overnight, each time (twice) helping me solve the query. Both computers have been used for a month with no difficulties. No noticeable fan noise. I'm using an 8 port hub to keep a minimum of wires running to the box. All in all, I really like the Beelink.
