The bed is great, my husband was able to put it together in one day... the staircase railing is a little fragile it has to be use with care since it’s thin wood and if you (an adult) lay on it it could easily brake. Over all my daughter loves the bed and I like how versatile it is. We added a mattress underneath and now it has room for 3 sleepers!! ... show more

So far I love the bunk beds. They are really cute and durable. The only issue is we’re missing a box to complete the staircase. That’s why there’s 3 stars. So yes, that’s correct no staircase to get to the top bunk. It’s a huge inconvenience and it hasn’t been an easy task to get the one box that never arrived. There are two boxes to complete the staircase and we only have one. We tried a live chat and that person said to wait 2 days for it to arrive. It never arrived, of course. So we contacted amazon and they suggested we take it apart and ship it back and they would send us a new one. No way, my husband had already spent the time putting it together. So now the only way to get the box we’re missing is for Amazon to ship the entire bunk bed to us (again) and then schedule a pick up to return the boxes we no longer need. But we have to wait a week and a half to get the box we need for the stairs. I’m super upset about this. Not happy with this outcome at all. ... show more

Pros: Love the additional storage. Really clean design. The color of the wood is beautiful! Love the slip guard on the stairs. Kids love it! Cons: We would give this product a 5 star but the drawers seem to be off alignment no matter what we do. Also it comes in 5 boxes...great for shipping but hard on house space. ... show more
