Right out of packaging it didnt smell bad at all, super soft and warm. Color is as pictured, no fading. Very minimal shedding but once i washed it, it hasnt shed at all. Perfect blanket to keep warm and cozy in the winter or with the A/C blasting. It’s big and soft.

This is a standard through blanked, the faux fur is really nice to the touch. At 50"x60" it is a little small for an adult. I have issues covering up with it and I am 5'8"
