I ordered two sets of the queen size two pack and received completely different products across the two packages. One of the packages wasn't air sealed and the pillows are a lot less fluffy, which was actually good in this case. The other two were air sealed and super thick and lush, about twice the width and softness of the other package. It kinda worked out to have the two different sets for people who prefer different plushness, but as for the consistency of the product, it seems pretty hit or miss which version of it you'll receive, so hard to predict if you'll like it or not based on your preference. ... show more

The two pack of pillows are a great deal for the price! I ordered the soft and they are certainly very plush. Out of the box ready to go comfort! The only thing holding them back from a full 5 ⭐️’s is that they’re so new I do not know the longevity of their comfort.
