I usually rely on reviews and with Fakespot so I really took a risk buying this without any reviews, but glad I did. My husband is a bigger guy so we go through mattresses and toppers often. I took the risk buying this figuring with the Amazon return policy I could return if it ended up being terrible. It was easy to take out of the packaging and seemingly expanded immediately without the waiting. The smell is the normal new foam smell and not overpowering. My husband loves it and says it’s the best sleep he’s had in a year.

The mattress topper feels amazing, I absolutely love it. But it is constantly sliding. Every morning I have to push it back on top of my mattress. It has gotten quite annoying but maybe that is just my laziness. Works great.

We bought this in July 2021 and first it was very good and we slept super on it. With the time it go too uncomfortable for us and we asked the vendor for assistance. Since it’s been too long for a return or exchange they offered a partial pay back. That was so generous and we really appreciate their accommodation. We will trust this vendor in the future as well and are looking to see if they have anything that may suit us better.

Ugh! I was excited when I first received this . Opened it up and left if to reach its capacity for 48hrs . Then we put it on the bed , I was impressed that they marked which spot was head vs feet because this has a slight incline. The first week was great but I am now waking up with back and hip pains again. As this memory foam wore down and has sink holes in it and I am only 130lbs and husband is at 180lbs . I would like to send it back but not sure how this will work. For me I am looking for a more firm bit this is very soft .

I've been sleeping on this for about half a year now and I haven't had any problems with it. I'm using it on top of my futon which has metal rods that stick up and used to give me backpain every night (can't even feel them with this on top). It feels just as great as when I first got it, no degradation of comfort. I would highly recommend this and the price was worth it in my opinion.

Edit: Bedsure has been great regarding a refund. They refunded the purchase price quickly outside of Amazon. This mattress topper is the absolute worst!! First the good. None of the smell I read about in other reviews. Puffed up within 48 hours. Fit our king size bed perfectly. Now for the rest of the story. We let this air up and out for 2 days. It is so hard and uncomfortable. I’m still feeling aches and pains from trying to sleep in this. We are returning it ASAP!! Worst purchase of 2021!!! You know it’s a bad mattress topper when we are returning something that is a HUGE pain in the butt to get packaged up for return. Horrible horrible horrible! I’m not sure what makes this so stupid hard. My hips were red and painful after the first night of trying to sleep on this. I tried the second night and lasted 2 hours before I got up and slept in the spare room. The next morning, went to BB&B and got a new one. Definitely a better choice. Run, don’t walk, away from this mattress topper. We are returning, but imagine trying to ship back a king size memory foam mattress topper. It’s a workout to get it in any sort of box. We did it though. That’s how bad this is!

Best topper I've ever had..... PERIOD!!... My wife and I have a waterbed to help with my MS. This is the PERFECT FIT. I cannot begin to describe how comfortable ,but yet surrounds you with COMFORT at the same time. This is one item you will never return and the multi layering is NOT a gimmick. It keeps the mattress firm and stable even on a waterbed, I cannot imagine how well it would feel on a standard box spring an mattress.. Y
