I ordered a 50x60" throw. It is perfect. Lovely blue. Washed with other clothes in normal cycle = no problems. Dried alone on a level 3 of 4 heat. Well made. Even seams and corners (yes, I notice things like that; makes folding easier). And it wasn't expensive. I'm 83 and layer blankets to be warm enough. This is a perfect size. It's so soft and pleasure to handle when folding. I don't need waterproof. I'd ordered 2 of a different blanket from Amazon a few months ago, purchased several weeks apart. (Don't ask me why I ordered #2.) Poor choice. The things I love about the new BLUE are missing in these. Unless manufacturer and/or quality control change, you will probably love these. ... show more

this is my absolute favorite blanket. so soft and smooth, not too hot. I've machine-washed and dried it a bit and it's still very soft unlike some others I've had that get weird after drying.
