I do not like firm pillow so if you're looking for firm these are not for you. But at the same time they are not mushy. They are basically very cloud-like and soft to the touch. These soft pillows are just what i wanted for my head, somewhat fluffy but soft enough to allow my head and neck to sink dowm. I love, love, love these pillows. I got a 2 pack queen soft and they work perfectly for me. I sleep on my side and switch to back. The soft cradles your head and doesn't feel like your head is tilting. I've had these since April and I still love these pillows and they are holding up quite well. I cannot get out of bed with these pillows! I took them out the packaging and let them rise for about 20 minutes before pulling them apart/fluffing and oh my gosh, they are so plush and soft!
