This is THE PILLOW. I’ve been on the hunt for a pillow that works for me for a while now; my most recent one was the Tempurpedic Cloud pillow which was incredibly disappointing given the price. It would bottom out on me instantly; my dog chewed it up and honestly I wasn’t mad about it. So then I found this one; I’ve always been a fan of Bedsure products as I have two of their comforters. This did NOT disappoint! I’m really surprised to see reviews saying it’s not cooling: I think it’s absolutely cooling, which I still find fascinating! People are also saying it doesn’t stay cool long enough…first off, I don’t think any pillow will stay ice cold throughout an entire night of sleeping. I mean that’s just not realistic, any cooling pillow you buy is going to warm up a little bit with your head on it for potentially 8+ hours I would guess. I personally think it stays incredibly cool throughout the night; sometimes I even get a little too chilly and have to flip it to the other side!!! A couple more great things: I didn’t notice/experience any strong smell upon opening the package, and it had expanded to size almost immediately (I didn’t wait the 24 hours for it to expand because I was so excited to use it that night). I’m a medium firm pillow person but the reviews led me to purchase the soft. I was skeptical and immediately after I bought it, I was already thinking I was going to be returning it for the medium-firm… but to my surprise, the soft is SO perfect for me. For a pillow labeled as soft, I wasn’t expecting such a perfect match to my usual preferences. No bottoming out, fantastic support all night. I would label this pillow a medium, on a soft/medium/firm scale (which is how I like to categorize pillows). This pillow doesn’t have those options so if my soft/medium/firm scale is how your brain categorizes pillows as well, think of Bedsure’s soft as a medium, and Bedsure’s medium-firm option would probably be a firm on my scale, if I had to guess. Make sure to follow the instructions about the pillow case; you can wash it, and don’t use another pillow case over it if you want the full cooling effects. The pillow is really high quality and it should cost a lot more than it does. I haven’t washed the pillow case yet so I can’t speak on that experience, but I don’t anticipate any problems. I’m planning to order another one in case my dog gets a hold of this one too…please don’t discontinue this pillow ever!!!!!! I’m such a fan of Bedsure’s products and now, even more so!

This is the real deal. The only thing to consider during the winter months if you are a side sleeper is that you arm can get very cold if the cool side of the pillow is on the bed (I always have my arm under the pillow when I sleep). I am not sure how I will work this during the winter but it is a great pillow and very cooling on the cooling side, especially if you align the pillowcase as they instruct

I returned this because it was not cooling at all. I don’t know if it was just me, but this definitely didn’t feel like a cooling pillow. It was a little bit comfortable, but after sleeping with it one night I woke up to more neck pain. I returned for something different as it didn’t suit me

Back in January I bought a memory foam pillow from another brand and although it's a very good pillow, it was just too firm and I found that it had too much resistance, over time causing some neck alignment and pain issues. I hesitated to purchase this one because at this price point, I didn't want to end up with something similar. I am so glad I ordered this one, though. The marketing claim is true that this pillow in the Soft version absolutely provides support without any extra resistance. My head feels like it's floating on the thing. For the last 3 nights, I've slept so much better and so much more comfortably, and without a hint of soreness or strain on my neck. The cooling side of the pillow is actually quite effective, and far less noisy than other pillows with cooling sides. The whole pillow stays cool all night long and that's a huge plus. I think I'm going to order another one.

Perfect height, high quality, highly affordable, and my favorite part is the cooling side, which is somehow always cooler than the rest of the pillow. Incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend for someone wanting a firm, yet soft pillow!

I better get a refund for this pillow because they say you can’t get a refund if you used it. I laid on it for five minutes and this is not a cooling pillow at all. It’s a normal pillow and I did not stay cool at all. I put my head on it and I cannot even feel it cooling. Don’t waste your money on this pillow. I spent 40 bucks and I barely get my $40 back.
