If you’re looking to layer your bed, this is the perfect middle blanket. It’s super light but adds the perfect amount of warmth. I washed it before I placed it on the bed and it washed great. I love sleeping with a micro fleece blanket without a top sheet because of the snuggliness. But let's face it, they're made of polyester (plastic) and just don't breathe. Totally exacerbating night sweats. 🥵 When I found this generously sized, beautiful silvery grey cotton blanket, I was excited to order. Upon arrival I was shocked that the color is so perfect. You just never know with grey. Sometimes the hue is yuck. This is gorgeous! It has a nice, tight weave that I love because I don't get caught in it like I do with waffle weave. (My cat has snagged it.) It's soft. When I get into bed, I feel a luxury that makes me happy. Makes getting into bed feel good. Best of all, NO NIGHT SWEATS! I still wake up hot, even when my room is in the mid 50's. I am a very hot sleeper, that won't change. But now I'm not sweating. So I don't feel icky. Great blanket!!!! ... show more

Soft, warm and cozy. I have a goose down comforter inside of a duvet but it does hold body heat and because uncomfortably warm. This blanket is perfect for a chilly evening. It’s warm enough for winter without being too hot. Doesn’t shed and the quality is nice.

Good basic lightweight blanket. Seems to be a good value for the price paid and I appreciate the "oversized" option. There are a couple snags, etc. but since it was a very reasonable price I'm not that concerned about it.

Looks great, but the product quality is mediocre at best. It is quite thin, the knit is loser than expected and will therefore snag way easier. There is already a small hole, and I have not even used it yet. I just washed and dried it, and it did shed like crazy. It was not crazy expensive, so I wasn't expecting much in the way of quality, however it still sucks that the bar is so low nowadays for seemingly everything. That being said, I love the dark green color, this blanket is very aesthetically pleasing. If I were to buy another blanket, I would look at all my other options before repurchasing this one. ... show more

Shrunk a little in a cold wash and low heat dry but that was expected. Blanket is oversized so fits nicely on a king bed. It's thin and soft so great for a warm climate
