While I haven't slept on it yet (since I purchased this for guests), this mattress feels comfortable and sturdy enough to hold a person's weight without sinking to the floor. It's not as firm as I would have liked (especially since the product listing shows it at the far "firm" end of the spectrum), but as long as I don't feel the floor I consider it a win. I noticed that the inside of it just looks like plain grey foam (see picture) and that there isn't a noticeable difference between the memory foam part and the bamboo-infused foam part. Not sure if this is just how it's supposed to look so I'm not taking off any stars for that, but just keep in mind that the removable cover isn't really removable because it's just a chunk of foam inside without a nice texture. I will be buying a separate cover to go over the whole thing that I can wash instead of the cover it comes with because of the labor involved in unzipping and removing each piece and then squeezing the foam pieces into the cover again. The fact that the three pieces can separate is nice for storage and versatility, but it does make it harder to wash. Overall, I think this mattress pad is a good value for the price, and most importantly is thick enough that you won't feel the hard floor through it. My job for years was to spot the tiniest detail, out of place, color change, etc. So the FIRST thing I noticed was 3-5 off colored spots on the corner of one of the sections. Probably a return. I undid the plastic and it popped right up which isn't common for memory foam, usually needs a while to grow. However, return or not, it's perfect. I'm not in a position to return it, nor continue this products return cycle life... if it was in the middle, I'd be more upset. This is a temporary set up with the chance to replace the couch cushions in a few months. A full size width is the size for the lounger. So, despite its spotted corner, it does the job. The bag it comes with is more to store it and not ever touch it (and yes) inside out. The zippers on the cushions are very convenient, though to 3 fold, one zipper is on the bottom which makes a little gap. Again, I'm keeping mine with a high suspicion of it being a return, so good luck. It's very comfortable, feels plush-plush on a frame and plush-firm on the floor. ... show more

This mattress folds easily, is easy to store, carry, wash the cover(s). My gripe with this mattress is the thinness. I made the mistake of assuming that the manufacturer would not sell a 4in. thick mattress if it wasn't sufficiently dense foam to support an adult. I thought the density of the foam would prevent the user from "bottom out." My daughter (120 lbs) used this and I eventually placed a featherbed on top so it would be supportive enough for her. I would exchange this and get a thicker one. But it’s too difficult to pack up, so that isn’t an option w this seller. Don’t make my error, choose a thicker mattress. ... show more

I went to bed and the next morning when I went to box it to return it realized it inflated to the full 4". Now it is great! Not going to return it anymore. This is a great folding mattress. I put it on a twin bed with blankets underneath and it feels just like a regular mattress at half the price. There is absolutely zero odor which is hard to find when purchasing this type of item. The fact it is a portable is another plus.
