I like this mattress. It’s comfy and VERY thick. I feel like it has a sunken middle however from where it was folded. It’s very subtle - a princess and the pea situation - so it doesn’t disturb my sleep but I do feel like I roll into it a little. I just feel like the two sides of the mattress are a little more firm than the middle. If you’re a couple, you probably wouldn’t ever notice, but I sleep solo and like a starfish right down the middle so I do notice the little indentation. When I had a thinner mail-order mattress, I did not notice this so in hindsight, I think the thinner mattress might have (counterintuitively) been a slightly better choice for me. Overall this is a great mattress - I look forward to getting into my huge cocoon every night - but it’s not quite perfection. ... show more

I finally made a purchase after 2 months of research and procrastination .I consider the mattress firm not med but am unable to purchase a plush because of neck and back problems so with a topper it is perfect for me. Delivery was great, unboxing experience was great. Followed the instructions and the mattress inflated as promised. No weird smells, no stains. Honestly, great for the price. I personally prefer a firmer mattress and this one is a bit soft. However, I'm not waking up with aches like I did with my last mattress. I have always had traditional mattresses and was worried this would not be both supportive and comfortable. I chose this particular mattress because it was 14" thick and medium firm with a pillow top. The mattress arrived with zero damage and set up quickly. I let it expand for 48 hours and it opened fully. It felt a bit strange the first night, but I fell asleep quickly. After having it for 3 months it was absolutely a great purchase. My back desperately needed a new mattress. I rated this mattress 5 star because I woke up the next morning relatively pain free, the first time in a long time. I’m bummed because I question the overall quality. Prior to purchase I read all of the reviews on this mattress and other brands and this one had been rated well. I expected the edges to be a bit more rigid instead when I get in bed it feels like I’m going to roll off and on to the floor. I move more towards the middle of the bed and can feel that the mattress is actually a bit higher in that area. I have no idea how our mattress can have divets so soon after purchase. When I look at my husband’s side of the bed his side is also a bit lower. I’ll be contacting the manufacturer today. EDIT: I did contact the manufacturer of our mattress. Within a few days I was contacted. This communication was far easier than I thought it would be. I had supplied photos of our mattress. I was offered a partial refund since obviously sending a mattress back isn’t so easy. I’m happy to say I was sent the refund quickly and I’m very impressed with the customer service I received. ... show more

I was really dreading getting another masters. My husband and I tested out so many mattresses. I felt like Goldilocks!!! They were either too soft or too hard. I’m a person that’s likes the bed to supportive and yet feel like I’m on a cloud. And those $1000 to $3500 mattresses weren’t it!!!! So my daughter read the reviews for this mattress and told me to look at it. I thought what’s it going to hurt, I can send it back if I don’t like it. It came within 3 days. Rolled up like a carpet. I can tell you, I didn’t give this mattress time to breath or expand. We needed to sleep in a bed that night. It still needed to expand; but my husband and I had a better night’s sleep than we’ve had in years! And we both woke up with no pain! Last night, it had expanded even more. Admittedly I was a little skeptical at first, but this is the best sleep I've had in a long time. Was able to set it up quickly and enjoyed watching it decompress. Gave it one day to decompress instead of the recommended three before I slept on it, but am quite happy with it regardless. Some folks are showing that their mattress didn't reach 14 inches, but by the 2nd day of decompression, mine was at full 14 and as comfy as ever. Will definitely recommend to friends. ... show more
