This mattress is definitely worth the price! It came in a giant, heavy box so be prepared to have someone help you move it. When we got it out, the plastic was vacuum-sealed. After cutting it, the air immediately rushed in and it began to expand. Within minutes it was already expanded to 12 of its 14 inches. It didn't have that weird smell. It actually smells like a washed towel. It also feels amazing! It’s definitely medium-firm. The best way I can describe it is a mattress at a really nice hotel. My husband is a good sized guy and it doesn’t cause me to roll into him, which we both loved! 10/10 definitely would recommend this mattress.

So far it’s been a month of use and we LOVE it. We’ve always had a memory foam bed but after 10 years it was sinking and hurting our backs. So the option of having this bed which is a hybrid of both memory foam and springs is perfect. My husband said he finally had a good night sleep after years and I swear he doesn’t snore anything like he used to if at all anymore. It’s very comfortable. Seems a slight bit smaller than our last king bed but still fits a king sheet just fine. No noise when moving around. It came in a heavy large box and very easy to set up. You will need 2 people to carry this thing or a very strong person. Just open the plastic and let it roll out. You need to let it “rest” for 72 hours before using to offset any smell and allow it to fully decompress.

Price wise this is a great mattress. It’s very structured and is very supportive. I ordered the 14” mattress opposed to the 14”medium firm mattresses because I was hoping for something a little more on the plush side. I have had the item for two weeks now and I would say it’s a little firmer then I was hoping for. I read the reviews prior to ordering and many said it was a little firmer. With everyone having differing taste in preferences it’s hard to really know until you try it yourself. It really seams to be made well and is a pretty impressive thickness. It’s pretty heavy and I would recommend you have help moving it. I had a heck of a time getting it up a set of stairs be myself. I would purchase this brand again, but would aim for an option that was advertised as plush if they offered it.

I had an extremely old tempurpedic mattress. I read all the reviews and decided to go with this mattress which at the time was around 300 when I purchased. After about 2 weeks I started having extreme pain I would wake up I could barely move the pain was so bad in my lower back and the side I was sleeping on. I did a Google search and they said sometimes you can have some pain with buying a firmer mattress. Now it is still bad I can barely get out of bed in the morning the pain is excruciating. It goes away after an hour or so. It's definitely the mattress. Has anyone had this experience. I did put a question and above if anyone wants to reply. At this point I feel like sleeping on the couch. Does anyone know what the return policy is. If the manufacturer sees this can you please contact me

So, here's the deal. I will be very thorough because after reading like 20 of the reviews for this mattress I was more confused than prior to looking. I am 59 years old. I am 6'3" tall I weigh 195lbs. My wife is 59 also, 4'11" tall and normal size for her height I believe she wears PXL size cloths. We bought the medium not the medium/firm 14" queen size. Additionally we put a Serra 2" fluffy mattress pad/cover on top to add some protection since we have 2 very large dogs. Now about our opinion of the mattress. It is amazing. Much heavier than I expected. It is also much firmer than I expected. If this bed is a medium and this company offers medium/firm and firm as the available choices I truly do not get it. I cannot see how firmer that this is possible and still be called a mattress. If you need firmer than this just go buy some plywood and lay on that. You will love it. Now, I did see in the questions that folks wondered about "do I need a box spring?" or similar questions. Understanding the design of this mattress is crucial to understanding the required base/bed. I look at this as very similar to what you need for an old school waterbed from the '1970's and whatnot. You need a hard flat solid surface for this mattress to rest upon. Those "hundreds of individually wrapped coil springs" need that surface to perform even close to correctly. So, I built two 30"×80" rectangle frames and added legs and a center support. Side by side they equal 60"×80" and the mattress fits perfect. I topped the frames with 3/4" plywood for those springs to rest upon. But, in having years of history with these foam mattresses I also put 1×12 around the outside edges and hinged the foot side plus both sides so that the sides fold down to ease the changing of the bottom sheet. I did this for 2 reasons. One, to keep the mattresses sides from bulging over time and two, to keep those individually wrapped springs always pointing up. If the mattress is allowed to bulge even a little bit those springs will start to point all over the place. Then you need a new mattress many years earlier than you would otherwise. We absolutely love this mattress but I put more into the wood and hardware than we paid for the mattress itself. I bet you anything we still have this in perfect condition 15 years from now. The mattress is built very very well.
