I got this bed almost 2 weeks ago. It did not take the full 72 hours to expand, which was great. It is so comfortable to sleep on. I have a lot of back/hip issues and this mattress has helped tremendously. It has not taken away all the pain, but it has alleviated it a lot.

The overall quality was not as expected. The exterior coil springs were not covered by any padding to prevent the outer coils from showing through the fabric and to prevent you from feeling them. A stiff band of padding foam around the exterior mattress coils would have also add a lot of additional support to the edges of the mattress. There is no edge support as there is nothing to hold the springs firmly on the edges. The mattress advertised a medium firm but this mattress is much more on the soft side than firm.
