After following the instructions and allowing 72hrs for the topper to expand, finally put it in on the bed and tested it for a week and after the week my back felt worse then before. The big kicker is that if you have to send it back for a refund it will NOT fit in the original box and you will need to buy a specialty box, Please consider that you will spend out of pocket money to return.
