The days of bending and twisting a full size mattress up stairs are over. This arrives in a box, very compact, and it inflates beautifully. It appeared to be full inflated in a few hours, but we waited for the full 72 hours as directed. It is supportive and comfortable. I have lived with damaged mattresses in the past due to the challenges of upstairs bedrooms and narrow, short stairwells. The packaging of this mattress allowed one person to get it up the stairs and it inflated evenly and is more comfortable than any other mattress or bed in a box mattress I have slept on. It also isn't just soft foam that compresses. Would buy again for other beds.

The bed is soft and the lining cover is one of those ones that will pill over time. The quality of the rest of the bed is decent for the price. I you are looking for a bed with support that you slightly sink into, this may be it. It may be a little too soft for more someone looking for a lot of support. It does dip a little when laying beside someone, not too much to be annoying though, but you can definitely feel the other person in the bed, which is what they advertised you would not feel. Even with that, it is an overall nice bed, at least in King, and would be a great bed for children in smaller sizes.

We got this queen mattress as our first ever brand new shared mattress and my Fiancée and I love it! I am currently 3rd trimester pregnant and we had been sleeping on an old spring mattress and this is just such an upgrade I love it! This mattress is the perfect firmness, and the best amount of spring back. As a hybrid mattress I think it is 100% worth the money, I even recommended it to my friends!! The shipping was fast and we did let it rise for the full 72 recommended hours before sleeping on it so that there was no inflation issues. I also have a frame that did not require a box spring and it is still sturdy enough to be supportive. It feels like a good hold on my body and neither of us are waking up with the restless feelings or aches we used to!

You get what you pay for… we set the mattress up in my office so it could do its thing for the 72 hrs suggested by the manufacturer. When we were able to sleep on it for the first night I hated it! I thought it was maybe because it was a new mattress and would take some getting used to. It has been a week and i still hate it. I feel like I have springs in my hip at night. I am 150 and my hubby is 160, so it isn’t because we are heavy people. I wish I could return but it will be more hassle than it’s worth
