If you want firm, this is it! I have finally slept a full uninterrupted night’s sleep in 3 months! I had an old 20+ y/o mattress that I replaced with an overpriced name brand version; had to sleep on this plushy mess for 2 months waiting for them to honor return policy. FINALLY put this quite reasonably priced mattress on my bed - VERY FIRM, which I needed! Sleeps cool; I am using a mattress topper. If you are older, with any back issues, BUY THIS! This is an excellent buy, especially for the price. It is very comfortable, medium firmness, and has no sinking so far. It was easy to open and expanded fully within about 24 hours. The handles on the sides make it very easy to maneuver.

This mattress was a huge disappointment. Despite being advertised as "firm" with "extra lumbar support," it turned out to be extremely soft. I gave it a full 72 hours to expand before using it, but from the first night, I could feel my lower back sinking deeply into the mattress with no support at all — and I only weigh 160 lbs. It provided zero pain relief, and after just a few nights, I woke up with serious back and waist pain. Ironically, the support was even worse than my old mattress, which I had used for 7 years before replacing. I was specifically looking for a firm mattress, and this is far from it. Sadly, what I hoped would be a good investment turned into exactly what I feared: my “BedStory” became a bad story. update, the return and refund process was ok, so I updated to a 4 stars

I purchased the plush 14” king. This mattress is exceptional for the money I spent! It’s very comfortable, not to hard and not to soft (as Goldilocks said), my husband agrees and he likes a firmer mattress. There was no smell and expanded in no time. My 16 year old granddaughter helped me get the mattress setup without any difficulty. Highly recommend, especially if you’re not looking to pay an arm and a leg for comfort.

Only had it for a couple weeks but it’s comfortable so far. Not too firm but not too soft either, a good middle ground. It did have a factory smell coming out of the box so I left the bedroom door open with a fan on in the room to air it out while it expanded for the 3 days and the smell went away.

I got the firm one but it's IMO medium firm, there's good support and I let it expand for 3 whole days. Arrived in 2 days and took 2 people to move on top of base, I do recommend it even though I would like a firmer mattress.

The mattress arrived 4 days early and inflated very quickly! I love that it has handles for lifing and moving. Unfortunately, plush is nowhere near plush. More medium firm. We will give this mattress a try for the week and I will update if it becomes softer. Movement isolation is minimal but more noticeable than my 9 year old spring pillow top mattress. My husband and I have back issues so I hope this mattress softens quickly.
