Arrived supper fast. About 2 or 3 days early. Unpacked it and it expanded to what looked like full size within minutes, but I let it sit there for 3 days before using it. Never had any chemical smell. Looks and feels pretty good, but it is a bit too firm for my taste. Feels good for sitting on it, but it takes me longer to fall asleep on it and it is more difficult to sleep on my side because it doesn't mold to my body as much as my old mattress. That said, I'm still giving it 5 start because it is a good value for the price and is exactly what is advertised, I was just hopping it was a little softer personally.

It's only been a couple months but so far it's great! Only time will tell how this mattress holds up! I bought three mattresses and we are definitely a plus size bunch! The comfort is great and my backside is thankful for a good night's rest! The price was outstanding at the time of purchase and so far we have zero complaints! This is the best "shipped" mattress we've ever purchased! It has a similar quality to what you would purchase at a local mattress store but at a much cheaper cost. The box with the bed was surprisingly heavy and was a bit of a challenge to get to our upstairs bedroom, getting more than one person to help is recommended. Unpackaging the bed and setting it up was straightforward. Though the directions say to give it 72 hours to fully expand, it looked like you would expect almost immediately. There was very little odor even right after opening, and none after a day. The pillow top is soft, while the bed is medium firm.

I was very skeptical about ordering a mattress online before sitting or lying on it. I chose this one because I like a firm mattress but also plush at the same time and this bed is just that. When you lay on it, it does sort of form to your body, but not so much that it makes it difficult to roll over as this is an issue I’ve had with memory foam mattresses before. When you sit on the edge of the bed the mattress stays formed and doesn’t bow or make noise. There are springs in the bottom of the mattress and the pillow top is only on top so you can’t flip it. The only negative thing I have to say about it, is that the instructions on the outside packaging say to only use the tool it comes with to open the bag the mattress is in, it even includes a picture of the tool… but did not come with said tool. I ended up using a super sharp pairing knife to open it very carefully. I left the mattress on the bed frame for about 48 hours before I slept on it, although it pretty much was ready a few hours after I opened it. At this point I’ve been sleeping on it for two weeks and I am very happy with my purchase!

Nicely firm, solid not flimsy, looks and feels like a showroom mattress. Came vacuumed in a box and once unrolled it livened up very quickly. Could’ve slept on it that night but waited a couple days to be safe. Definitely 12”. Very happy with this purchase, regardless of the price, but especially for the price.

Mattress arrives in a box. Surprisingly box was very heavy when you open it it kind of explodes into the mattress so you might wanna put it on the frame first no box spring required. Mattress was very comfortable definitely worth the money
