I was afraid of a box mattress but this beauty is a great surprise. We have been used to a pillow top and this is a true medium firm. I purchased a pillow top for it and voila - perfect support and cloudy comfort. This is a great sleep for the price.

The mattress is decent for the price itās firm. I ordered firm. I think itās a little more firm than I anticipated. I do believe the mattress needs a thicker pillow top. If This mattress had double the memory foam in the pillow top would be a home run. I believe it needs more memory foam in the pillow top for hip support. But overall Iām satisfied Ive had a string of bad luck with ordering mattress in the past few months. I will definitely be sticking with this brand for my mattress needs in the future.

the box weighs a lot, make sure you've got someone to help you move it . the mattress itself decompressed quickly, the instructions say to let it sit 72 hours, that was my one complaint, finding a place in my bedroom to put a king sized mattress. it's big and heavy and doesn't fit great through standard doors without bending. last night was the first night my husband and I slept on it after waiting the 72 hours. I ordered the extra firm, and it's just right. my husband says it feels like it runs hot, I didn't have this problem. our last mattress was really making his back hurt, so he's thrilled with this one. The corners support and hold nicely, you can tell there's springs in it but they don't push into your back. i slept well, my back didn't hurt. supposedly there's a 10 year warranty on the mattress and instructions on how to activate the warranty in the directions. overall good mattress for the price fairly inexpensive. get some help to move it though

The experience was much better than I could have imagined. The mattress is so firm and comfortable that it's hard to believe it came in a box. I highly recommend it; whoever buys it won't regret it.

My condo is on the second story and unfortunately the Amazon driver delivered it but left it by my garage door. The reason I call this out is because the package is super heavy. I had to get help to take it up. I purchased this in Firm, Queen size. We rolled it out and immediately it fluffed. I have been using for two weeks and have told everyone about it. It is an awesome mattress!!!! No back pain, and I sleep through the night. Thickness is great. I did put a mattress cover for additional support because one can't have enough support. Buy it! You won't regret it.

Very comfortable if you like a firm mattress, have had a lower back problem with last 2 mattress and so far so good with this one. Very easy to set up I suggest letting it sit for the 72 hours so it completes the set up. It is an actual king size and fits frame perfect.
