This wedge changed everything. The material is soft and fuzzy and the pillow has the perfect amount of give: not too stiff, not too soft. Good....The pillow has great support, the removable cover is soft & the handle is VERY convenient. Size is good at 22"x22"x12" Okay.... I tried the pillow different ways for back problems but the best was just the standard wedge shape. Unless you have some specific problem where you need to adjust it to another shape, I would consider buying a standard wedge for cheaper. Bad..... I understand gradual price fluctuations but this pillow has almost doubled in price in just 2 months (and keeps going up, never down). The more positive feedback this item gets, the higher the price goes for future buyers. Overall.... The pillow is comfortable and is good quality. If you have the money, this pillow won't disappoint. Just keep in mind that there isn't a whole lot of variations in wedges so long as it is sturdy, the cover will remove and the dimensions are good. I am 5'3" and the dimensions of this pillow were perfect under my legs so I would not get anything under the 12" height. I hope this review helps. ... show more

The pillow came vacum packed and decompressed immediately when the plastic was removed. I ordered this pillow after having surgery and was unable to sleep on my side. My regular pillows weren't cutting. I settled on this as it seemed the right size and was nicely priced. The cover is very soft and comfortable to lay on. The ability to change the "layout" of the pillow is an added bonus. I didn't think I would care about the convenient carrying handle, but I have used it everytime I've moved the pilow around. I pillow arrived compressed with a warning card to allow 8 hours in well ventilated area for pillow to regain shape and reduce smell. I immediately checked for an unpleasant odor and there was none. Wow... Can't wait to return these. They arrived in a compressed tube and wont expand into the shape they are suppose to be. Spent $120 for two pillows that can't be used. What a shame and such poor quality. Even my cat wasn't impressed.
