It’s BIG! I got it because I have 2 bad knees with my knee surgery set up for late August. 100 days of Pain. It’s solid and stays solid, the fabric is soft. To HANG my legs over is a challenge. It’s firm and high so lifting my legs high enough is tough. I laid on it as a pillow it’s comfortable. I guess if I was a 6 foot man, with bad knees it would be fine. I have used this nightly for the past four months. I wanted something to use at night to give me a better incline than pillows that was better on my neck and back. I also read in bed, so was looking for something to use to sit up but would also work when I wanted to recline at night. The many options for depth and angle mean that I can always find a way to make this just right, although I have my two preferred angles. The material is soft, and while I have many allergies, this caused me no problems. I plan to buy more as gifts. Would not work for stomach sleepers. Works well for back or side sleepers. Son had surgery and had to sleep upright. He was comfortable and this kept its shape and well and keeping him at an angle. This helped decrease his pain when sleeping.

Provides decent support as a wedge pillow but the cushion is not as supportive as I would like. After some months of use it seems like it’s like as supportive already. Only used as a wedge for back support and have no tried other uses for this pillow.

I was involved in a car accident just recently. I broke nine ribs and fractured my sternum in three places. Well in the hospital the nurses kept shoving pillows underneath me to keep me comfortable and I wasn't comfortable. So while I was in the hospital I went on to Amazon once again, and purchased this pillow. By the time I was released from the hospital I got home and this pillow was waiting for me and was the best thing that I could have ever asked for. I still use it to this day. I use this every night but it's also great for travel. I take it to my mother in laws with me when we stay. MY back is so bad and when I sleep in other beds I can barely walk the next morning BUT with this wedge pillow that is not a problem anymore.
