I love the ease in which this bed rail can come down and that one side at a time can be lowered without having to bring the entire rail down. It collapses vertically which is fantastic as opposed to folding straight outwards. It was easy to put together and set up even with my bedframe — I have a full over full bunk bed and the bed rail is used for the lower bunk. It fits very well and holds nice against the mattress.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my 2 year old son who is a little on the wild side and I wanted to upgrade him from his crib for more space in his bedroom and for his sleep. I used the screws and anchored the gate to the board under his bed which is solid wood and it’s still pretty wobbly. Luckily it’s a tight enough fit I don’t think he could get out unless it breaks so let’s keep our fingers crossed. Very easy to slide up and down which is nice since it’s a really high bunk so I can just reach the top to lower it. Fits snug against the bed but I also have a different kind of mattress than on a normal bed it’s a thin camper mattress for now still. I think it would work great with other walls to help support but I’m pleased for now. Was super easy to put together I assembled the whole thing in less than 10 minutes and another 2 minutes to anchor it down. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t so wobbly but the best solution I could find for the bunk besides building the bunk into an actual crib which would cost significantly more.

I brought this i rail thinking it was coming with that strap that is advertised in the photos but it didn’t so there is no way to secure it to the bed frame which is metal. So if you’re looking to buy this rail it’s a waste of time try a different product.

Ordered this so we could avoid our toddler falling off of our bed while we sleep and I am obsessed with them! Love the ease that you can slide the sides down but it also has a lock so our baby can’t. They’re the perfect height and extremely sturdy and I’m not worried about them falling off even if my little pulls up on them to stand. The blue color is lovely too!

It's a great idea and looks well made but if you don't have a bed with slats and only purchased one side then you will be left rigging it to straps under the mattress like I had to do. Also it is flimsy. For example it doesn't stay tight to the bed at the top. The bottom is touching tight and there is a decent sized gap where the child could easily slip into. If you have the right kind of bed and frame I think it would be decent but still probably going to have some problems.

I never write reviews, but felt it was my duty as a human and a parent to share with potential buyers. These bedrails are really excellent, by far the best ones I’ve seen on Amazon and so far work great. HOWEVER, when I received my packages (I bought the bundle with three sides for a full size bed) only the short end came with the y strap as shown in the video to safely secure the product to the opposite side of the bed so that it can’t be pushed out. I tied both side pieces together for now and reached out to the company to send me the missing straps. They were very speedy in their response time and offered to send me the straps, but it will take 15 days for them to get here because they’re coming from China. I was also informed that the product will no longer include the straps that are shown in the video. I told them I feel that the product is not safe without the straps and advised the kind customer support person to inform someone in charge. Merely securing the legs without the strap to hold it in place does not sound safe to me. I hope they see this review and that the customer support person passes on my message, but who knows. It’s truly an excellent product that I definitely would not have bought if it didn’t come with the safety straps to secure it. It’s a nylon piece of rope with a metal hook and cannot be that expensive to include. I truly hope someone in charge sees this review and takes this seriously, as it would be a shame for such a wonderful product to be rendered utterly useless and unsafe by excluding the safety straps.
