I was intimidated by the number of pieces (partially because I’ve done nothing but assemble things for my newly adopted blind and deaf dog). However after I laid out the pieces as the instructions suggest it’s pretty easy. I needed an easy to operate and safe option for my blind dog to be able to sleep on the big bed. Looks silly but it works. Easy to put all the sides down and change the sheets (and have it look somewhat normal during the day). Definitely recommend this instead of the fold down type panels. If I could rate this -100 I would. 1. No parts are labeled (A,B,C,D) as stated in the instructions. 2. Pieces are not the same as shown as in directions. ( Not even the same shape shown in instructions) 3. Pieces broke upon assembly. (Button locks literally popped out of the frame and could not be put back together) 4. Extremely Unstable. (Once miraculously assembling one side, it is proven to be so unstable your child will fall through) DO NOT waste your money of this piece of crap. UPDATE: SELLER SENT AN OFFER FOR A $50 PAYPAL GIFTCARD IF I DELETED MY REVIEW! No other strategies were used to resolve the broken parts or poor quality. I purchased this when my child out grew her bedside bassinet. I wanted to co-sleep with her but I was worried about her falling out of my bed. I purchased this set because it came with all of the pieces I needed. The assembly and installation of this product took about an hour with just one person. I have a metal bedframe and so I zip-tied this product to my bedframe for extra security. It works great! My child is now not able to climb out of the bed. You can lower one side of each panel for easy access to sneak out of the bed after putting your child to sleep. The buttons used to lower the sides are also quiet so I don't have to worry about waking my child when lowering the side to get out of the bed. I would rate this product 10 out of 10. I'll say the good first. It gives us more peace of mind that's for sure, but i wouldn't recommend spending your money. Why? The first thing. This has 3 sides right? Well that's a problem because no 4rth side means that the 2 side rails keep opening out, there's nothing to hold them steady and straight, I had to improvise with a cord to hold them, your baby WILL push it and can get hurt. The second thing. After a while the plastic that holds the rails together keeps falling off making them more insecure for the baby. Even if the baby never touches them, you have to keep snapping the buttons off to be able to get out of the bed, after a while the plastic bends a little bit, and then the snap off by themselves just because of usage. Overall, yes, there is a sense of more protection to the baby, there is still a barrier, this product won't perform or setup the way you intended to. ... show more

I highly recommend this product and this company. We bought these bed rails (78.7x78.7x59”) to go on a queen sized bed for our granddaughter when she spends the night at our house. The order came very quickly but unfortunately one piece was not locking properly. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement piece to my home within 2 days. Excellent customer service! The bed rails fit the bed perfectly and mesh sides are nice secure and taut yet still are able to see through if need be. The sides are high enough to protect her if she rolls in her sleep and yet I know she won’t be able to climb out either. ... show more

The guardrail is very easy to install, and the material is very strong, so the baby can toss and turn every day when sleeping.
