My physical therapist advised to put a pillow under each leg. What a difference that makes! These are very nice. I first ordered these (regular size) for my daughter & SIL while we were staying in their guest room when their son was born in December. (Their old pillows weren't at all supportive.) Now I ordered king size for our bed. The foam filling holds up plus they provide a compressed bag of additional foam filling if you want the pillows fuller. They're heavy and remind me a little of Temperpedic pillows. One caution: the zip covering is very slick and we frequently have to straighten out our pillowcases. But that's not a deal breaker for us. ... show more
