Wow, I'm amazed at how comfortable these pillows are. I wasn't expecting them to be quite as cushiony and comfy as they are. They're soft, full and fluffy... not too soft or stiff because of the amount of down in the pillows. They could easily be smushed into any shape you desire while sleeping and they stay put in that shape. They come in a pack of four completely flat with all air removed, so you have to let them refluff themselves after opening. But that happens pretty quickly, they were fully fluffed about a half hour after opening and by the time I went to bed they were perfect. They didn't smell bad when opening like many fabrics and textiles do, so no issues there at all either. I love them and would definitely buy again.

I ordered the standard (non-memory foam) pillows. When I saw how these were vacuum packed upon arrival, I was very skeptical that they'd fluff up and be decent. Once I started fluffing and massaging them though, they began to puff up right away. I let them sit and continue to fluff up for 24 hours and they look like the listing photos now. I'm a side/back sleeper and I've slept on them for about a week so far. They are very comfortable and don't cause me any neck pain (this is an issue for me if I sleep wrong or use different pillows sometimes). I'm not sure if I feel like these are 'luxury' pillows, but for the price and the comfort I'd definitely consider getting another set next time I need new pillows.

These are probably the nicest pillows I've ever gotten! They come super compact and vacuum sealed, but I left out for 2 days and they puffed up fine by the time I used them. As they are they're kind of a medium firmness, but it comes with a package of extra foam to add if you'd like it firmer, and you can remove some if you'd like to make it softer. I don't think I've ever bought "queen" size pillows before, but these are longer and wider than any other pillows I've had in the past. The "cooling" feature doesn't seem to necessarily do very much though. Maybe it's just because I have pillow cases and am not sleeping directly on the fabric. However, before I put the cases on, it did seem a little bit cool to the touch. In general, I think that maybe it gets a little less warm from your face than other pillows, just don't set your hopes too high like it will be a replacement for a fan or air conditioner lol.

Got these for my dad and brother and they are loving them. They are soft and remain cool which nice during this heat wave we have going on. They came very compact in a vacuum seal which was great and instant plumped up to size. So far so good on these.

This pack of four pillows is a great value. When they arrived they were so small sucked in the package that I wasn't sure if they would fluff out, but after leaving them a while they have become nice fluffy pillows. They are soft and a great standard size. They are cool and comfortable. They don't really have a smell to them and they are a pretty good thickness.

They fluffed up nicely in about 24 hours. I didn’t notice any smell. They are a bit on the soft side. If you like to fold your pillow in half, these are your pillows. They seem to be well made and should be a nice pillow for a guest bed.

These pillows are soft and yet firm. Just the right balance of both. They are also breathable which helps keep them cool. Came packaged in airtight bags a shrunk to fit in a small box. Takes about 24 hours for them to fully fluff up after coming out of the package. Nice and comfortable pillows!

I requested the queen sized set and really like these pillows. I consider them to be medium-firm loft and very comfortable. The firmness is adjustable by either removing or adding foam as desired. Yes, the vendor provides extra foam that can be stuffed into the pillow to increase the firmness. I was going to take pictures but the ones the vendor provides are accurate and representative of the product. The outer cover has a zipper that can be opened to remove it which allows for the cover to be washed separately from the pillow itself. Then the inner portion also has a zipper which can be opened to add/remove foam to increase/decrease the firmness. The design here is very well executed. Not much more I can say here other than these are currently my favorite pillow.
