I like the product. No issues with the product except that the first time they sent the wrong product and the second time I had to go to ups to get it. The actual product is as described and works great. I didn’t like the shipping method. Apparently this seller sent the package to be delivered to a ups site near me where I had to go pick it up. If I had wanted to do that, I would’ve just gone to Home Depot and gotten what I needed. The delivery method where I had to go to ups to pick it up did not make me happy.

I'm not sure why, but the legs are less than ninety degrees from the mounting plate. Regardless, these provided a way to replace the crappy, 1"x1" hollow steel legs that used to support the center of a queen bed frame. The bed did not come with any ability to adjust to account for a less-than-perfect floor. We tried shims, but that wasn't a solid enough solution. This set of adjustable feet was the ticket. The bed is now more supportive and we are sleeping better.

This support is made very well and will work fantastic —- IF —- your measurement from the floor to the bottom of where you’re mounting it is under 8” and above 13”.... my measurement was 11.5” and this product does not allow the extension to go low enough to mount to the bracket. Therefor IT WILL NOT WORK unless you are under 8” or above 13”. Measure your frame or whatever you’re supporting before you purchase. Product seems well built and sturdy. I wish it worked for me. Therefore 2 star. If it worked I would give 4 stars. Hope this helps someone.

It was incredibly disappointing that one of the bed frame pieces was already crooked coming out of the box, because now I only have one usable piece. And on top of that the shipping took longer than expected. Overall, not too satisfied.
