We received two boxes. Parts are mixed together between the two boxes. It took a while to put together due to the numbers on the wood pieces being barely visible. So we had to compare the picture in the instructions to the wood pieces. We were two screws short at the very end placing the ladder on. The only thing that is an area of concern is the middle rail doesn't seem very sturdy.... also watch for peeling on the finish. We have a few ladder pieces that came out of the box already like this. It looks nice once it's put together. I'd definitely recommend a 10in or less mattress on the top two bunks. ... show more

This is a super cute bed and would be a great for littles! However, the bed is advertised for kids, teens, adults. It is NOT made for teens or adults. Even the short ladder & railing are too small and unstable for my teen to climb. So it's going to end up being one bed (lowest), and two storage spaces above. I'm sad. ... show more

    • Worth tge time and effort to assemble, kids love it wife agrees it was a good purchase
One minor issue was the size of the planks buy other than that great buy. All the parts came in the box and each part was numbered with instructions being simple to follow to build time was 6 hours and did most of it myself with the wife helping to assemble the slide and put top bunk on

Not only were there missing hardware, so I could not finish building the safety rail for the 3rd bunk, but it is super wobbly that I wouldn't feel safe using that anyway. I thought I would make the best of it and just keep the top bunk separate, but not even having it 1 month and the bed is broken. (See pictures) My child barely weighs 100 lbs which is under the 300 lbs max for the bed frame, but never jumps on the bed. They just sleep and sit on the bed to play video games. This product is very unsafe and will be going in the dumpster. Amazon customer support was very helpful in getting me a refund. ... show more

Upset when the number (5) pieces were built wrong the nail holes are in the wrong spots so I had to drill a new hole where it’s supposed to go and it broke the wood I want my money back or atleaSt the 3 new number (5) pieces . Should have read the reviews first.... my fiance took everything out of the box just to pack it right back up and send it back. The holes were not pre drilled in the right place and some not lined up properly. Amazon was great in getting us a replacement sent out but same exact issue..... done with this manufacturer, I see the same bed sold by different company with way better reviews but I'm afraid to try as this will be the third one and I just want to get my boys their bunks up! ... show more

    • Useless bed. No screws.
We put the top bunk together first. It was missing one of the main screw holes. We had to improvise and drill our own. It wasn’t such a big deal, just a bit annoying. The bed is very sturdy. Opened the middle bunk and it had NO SCREWS! Opened the bottom bunk thinking we’ll just do that one first. NO FREAKING SCREWS! So now we have two kids without beds. What a mess. How does this happen?
