It holds its shape and support all night yet it is easy to kind of mush it into the shape you like. I sleep on my side and it’s good for that. My husband is the pickiest person on earth when it comes to a pillow because he wants it to be big enough and fluffy enough that his head is level but he wants it to allow a little bit of sink but still be firm. Pillows come overstuffed so you can adjust the amount of foam and support. I took extra foam out for use in other pillows or for comfort adjustment. Outside of pillow is washable and just zips to get on and off. Inside of pillow also zips for easy access to foam.
