I am in love with this pillow. I have such a hard time finding a pillow that works for me because they are usually to big or too flat. This pillow is right where I need it to be. It is soooo comfortable. My neck has no pain anymore. The quality is high as well. No bad stitching. They’re so comfortable, the help with my neck pain, and if they’re too big for you it’s very easy to just take some of the filling out and make them exactly the size you want. You have the option of removing some fill to adjust for comfort but I haven't needed to do that. I've been using the shredded foam pillow since January. At first it was too packed/firm, so I had to remove some of the stuffing from mine. When fully full, it is a chore to get it in/out of our standard pillow cases. Over time, the pillow has developed a divot from where my head rests the most, so I'll need to fully remove/fluff/reinsert the foam to get it back into shape. Overall, I find the comfort of this pillow just okay. It absorbs your head heat even in the winter, so if you prefer a cool pillow, I don't recommend it. It does seem to be a good quality pillow otherwise. I expect I'll be able to use this one for a few years without it falling apart. It doesn't smell bad either. My husband really likes the pillow, but I've also seen him sleep comfortably on very old pillows that have turned into pancakes... so do with that information what you will. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I hesitated for a long time about whether to buy this pillow because it is expensive and some of the reviews were quite unpleasant. But I am very impressed. This pillow is awesome. It is very comfortable and really holds its shape. When I first unpacked it, it was very thin. I gave it about one day, and then it fully took its shape. I actually like that it is not too big. It feels perfect for me. I just hope it will stay in this shape for more than one year. ... show more
