    • A good minimalist choice
I don't have a whole lot of baby furniture in the kids' room. But this is one piece I do have, and what a smart baby item it has turned out to be. I really like having the open shelf below because, let's face it, if your hands are contaminated, you do not want to touch a drawer handle. I store creams and cream spatulas in the pouches - that's about all they'll fit. I can appreciate that every surface - including the pouch - is wipeable. The height is adjustable - a nice touch - and it can work for kids of many ages and stages. With its wide stance, it's stable enough to climb up onto (which my toddler sometimes does when big accidents strike), but obviously climbing it isn't the brightest idea. Without the seatbelt so many of them are known for, my infant can and does squirm around on it, but the hard plastic sides are strong enough to give him a challenge. ... show more

We had to order this changing table twice due to the first one not having holes properly drilled. The second unit we received had properly aligned holes and assembly was easy.
