It was very easy to install just make sure you measure your windows and then it’s a matter of cutting them to fit once they arrive. There’s enough for two window panes so I have another sheet left after installing this one that I might put on my other lower half of a window. Wish there was more but it’s still worth the price!

I cut to exact dimensions but should have allowed an extra 1/4 inch because somehow when wet was shorter. Love the pattern. Lots of air bubbles but you can’t see them at all daytime. Love the product.

I ordered this for the one way viewing to add to my exterior basement door window to avoid peeping toms. I really liked the tinted look but I ended up going with a different option because install was an absolute disaster and the end results were not what I expected. I did the wet method like suggested but the biggest problem I ran into was when the protective plastic covering was removed to begin adhesion, even the slightest crease or bend shows through on the window and gives it a cheap foil look if it isn't installed perfectly. I had to take off and reapply multiple times which was frustrating and even after it was done I still had issues with the corners lifting. I wanted to like this but it was a flop for me.

4.18.24~ Love the blackness on one side & reflect on the other. No matter what I do can't get out all the wrinkles in the tint. Looks like my grandma's arms. Between me & you~ it's making me a lil nuts the tint won't smooth evenly. Maybe the checkerboard in the tint? Oh yeah~ the checkerboard print is visible. On the upside it sticks really well & does fight some sun like a title weight match. If you don't know, what makes it impossible for people to see you during the day, make it so all can see in at night. as this was for patio door it what I wanted. Had it on front windows & liked til someone peeked in so back to frosted.

I have a suction cup bird feeder on my window, but you can't really get close without scaring the birds away. I figured I would try some one way tint to see if that helps. I cut just a small section and put it behind the feeder. The birds do not see us when we look at them, unless the sun is shining directly in the window, but even then they don't always know we are there. I do wish the tinted part was a bit lighter so we could see out clearer, but it is tint, so that's to be expected. There is a texture to the inside, so flattening it out like you would regular tint film takes a bit more time, but it still works. Next I'll probably do the whole window.
