This chair is amazing. I have a regenerative medicine clinic and do a lot of wound care and injections. This chair is amazing! My patients have commented on the comfort of the chair and it is much easier for me to provide treatment, especially for wounds on the bottom of the feet. The chair goes up high enough I don't have to sit on the floor to get to the bottom of the feet. Having the multi-positional legs is a huge plus as well.     • Motors are very slow and operate one at a time

I wish we knew it beforehand. It takes forever to adjust the chair for each patient. Also when leg rests are up you have to recline the chair, otherwise it is very unsteady. Look elsewhere for $2k chair.

My son is opening his own podiatry office. We saw this chair and it seemed to be everything he was looking for. I was concerned to spend this kind of money on Amazon on something we had not seen in person. I was sure we weren't getting what we thought. Within 1 hour of ordering, someone contacted me and asked when we wanted it delivered. I told them the day and they said ok. The day before, I emailed them through amazon to find out when because my son is not at the office yet and the texted me with 20 minutes. They gave me a2 hour window but it didn't work for us. They said when do you want it. They arrived at the time requested and brought it directly to the office. My son was very happy with it and said it was very easy to put together. I use this chair multiple times daily. Right after 1 year of use, the screw drive for foot rest was stripped and wouldn’t hold the foot rest any longer. After 2.5 years the manual rotating lock was also stripped and wouldn’t lock, so I have to hold the chair every single time the cleint sits down or gets up to avoid the accident. ... show more
