I purchased this item in 2018. I was surprised that I had bought it so long ago because I had put it away after some use. I intern was using my iron board with my iron and a floor model steamer. Needless to say the store model steamer became a nuisance as the hose would bend and therefore the steam would not come out as appropriately. It also was too short to reach the items if they were hung up and of course they had many other issues with the stand staying up and down, etc. I ditched it. I was not going back to my ironing board and iron as I can be bothered with that either. I have to come across this steamer again in my closet and have been using it ever since and wondered what the hell was I thinking?! This thing is fantastic. It makes your clothes look brand new easily and quickly. I read the reviews saying there’s no steam coming out. Maybe if you push the button and locked it up the steam would come. I’ve had no problem with steaming on this machine. If you do not hold the button properly or if you do not push it to lock you won’t get steam. Either way I just wanted to say that I love this machine. I was looking for another one and then I came across these other machine and I said why am I buying a new one? That one I have is quite fine and still works so if you’re thinking about it think no more this is perfect.

I have used quite a few garment steamers in the past and I've been using this Beautural steamer for about a month now. It is a very good steamer, but has a couple minor issues. First, the good...as many other reviews have mentioned, it heats up very quickly, within about thirty seconds. It puts out a good amount of steam and is among the best I've tried for removing wrinkles. The locking button is convenient for maintaining a constant flow of steam, or pausing it when needed. I also like the power button and large power indicator light that clearly show when it's heating up (light blinks) and when it's ready (solid light). Now, the not so good...as many other reviews have stated, the steamer doesn't last very long before it requires refilling. I'm able to steam around four shirts or pants per tank, so it isn't terrible, but it would be nice if it lasted a little longer. That would require a larger tank though, which would make the steamer heavier and/or bulkier so its current capacity and size may be the best compromise for most people. The other issue, and it's minor, is that the hole to fill the reservoir with water is kind of small and requires using a narrow cup, which is included, to pour the water, and you have to pour it kind of slowly. I would prefer a larger opening that would allow me to fill straight from the water bottle and not require the additional step of pouring water from the bottle, into the cup, then into the reservoir. Overall, I would still recommend this steamer and I've been very satisfied with it.

Folks this thing changed my life. And I say that wholeheartedly even though it’s scarred me for life - twice. User error - it gets hot. Real hot. Don’t even accidentally brush it against yourself even through clothes it will def burn ya. BUT I use it every day, none of my family members go to school or work with a single wrinkle and I never have to iron again. I LOVE it!

It is easy to use. The water does not spill out no matter what angle. The attachments go on and off with ease, and it gets wrinkles out and steam cleans well. The cord is long enough I can reach top of curtains and furniture not near the outlets. Heats up quickly, and has a lock feature on the trigger for continuous steam. Recommend!

Great little steamer! Heats up very quickly and works so efficiently. If the water tank was a little larger, that would be great. It is so easy to fill with water and doesn't leak. Very easy control button for steam release. Works so fast to release the wrinkles!
