Update: Customer service has reached out to me to see if there's anything that they can do to help with the experience. They also offered me a refund even though I had requested for a replacement. The first replacement got lost in the mail and they reached out to send me another one. On to the product itself: the replacement worked as expected and did not have the water dripping and spurting issues I had with my first unit. It had enough power to steam t-shirts easily and the water in reservoir is enough for two shirts, or one to one and a half shirt. While it's not a lot it serves the purpose as a travel steamer where you would iron one or two garments a day. I have not had the chance to test it outside of the US, so I can't speak for its handling of different voltages though I believe it would be fine. If you receive a faulty unit, I highly recommend you reach out to customer service as they are helpful and willing to do the right thing to either refund you or provide a working replacement, and that's rare these days! ------------------------------------ Initial review: 2 stars The unit looks sturdy but is larger and heavier than expected for an item intended for travel. I can understand that they had to put some weight at the base so that it wouldn't topple over as the unit is top heavy. I like the fact that it can be folded so that the shape is less irregular for storage. Overall, I'd be ok with the weight and size if it works as advertised. I had such high hopes for this one as it had so many good reviews and it looks well built. However, upon using it, it started spurting boiling water out onto my clothes. Thank goodness I wasn't pointing the nozzle near my hand as I could've burned myself. At first I thought maybe the spurting would go away after the initial use so I turned it off and refilled the water container. Nope, tried it three times and every time there were water marks all over my shirt I was ironing. I might've gotten a faulty unit, or the unit is simply not reliable. I had ordered this for a trip abroad and now won't be able to bring it with me. A replacement is being sent out but it won't arrive in time. Either way, hope the second unit will be better. Please be cautious when you use the steamer.

I travel 2/3 of the month and absolutely LOVE this steamer! I can bring it anywhere and it works! When I travel I’m always with a large group and because this has been discontinued or out of stock for over a year- we share this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back! There are like 3 other dual voltage steamers for sale and they’re all trash! If this ever comes back- do yourself a favor and snag it- you won’t be disappointed!

I just used my steamer for the first time. I like the fact that you can fold it to stow away. It also came with a neat drawstring bag for better storage. When you turn it on it makes this very weird and loud noise while it’s heating up. I wasn’t sure if that was standard or if something is wrong with the one I received. The steaming was decent. Nothing revolutionary! I like how convenient it is for traveling so I’ll keep it, but there are probably better options out there.

Bought this for a trip we were taking to Las Vegas for our Vow Renewal. We were trying to pack 6 days of clothing into carry on bags, and that included my dress and my husband's dressy clothes. We had to tightly pack the clothes, so I knew they would be extremely wrinkled... and I HATE IRONING!!! I purchased this kinda last minute, a couple days before the trip. I'm so glad I did!! This steamer works so well. It only takes a couple minutes to come up to heat. The steam is forceful, and tackles the wrinkles quickly. You can steam while hanging, or can also use a table for a more crisp look. There are two different canisters to hold the water, a small one, and a larger one. I appreciate those choices. There are also some attachments that are included, but I have not yet used them. I didn't realize what I was missing by having a steamer. I use it frequently at home, it is a quick way to freshen up your clothes after them being in a drawer or squished in a closet. I can plug in my steamer and freshen up my outfit in less than 5 minutes. I have not had any issues with it at all. It's perfect!!!

We have a full-size, stand up steamer. We use it to hang clothes while we iron. We also have an LG Styler, which we got at Costco for like $1200. It is the size of a wardrobe closet. It looks cool, but it takes about 45 min to an hour to run its shortest steam cycles, and doesn't get out the wrinkles. We use it mostly for pillows or bulky items or to disinfect. But my wife still wanted a steamer. She read about a portable steamer on the internet, but when looking at product details, she noticed it only works 120v. We travel overseas, so she wanted something that could handle 100-240v. Then I noticed this one. It looked highly rated although we didn't really read much. It's pretty cheap and we had Amazon credit so we just ordered it. She really likes this steamer and has used it several times already. It is fast. It gets out the wrinkles better than the $1200 steamer. Also it is 100-240v and it folds into itself, so it seems like it will work well for travel.

I find myself going very slow just to get the spots I need. Does take some time to heat up, so you can’t just plug it in and use it immediately. It’s good for traveling, does come with a bag and other attachments. I think the tank is a little small but if you’re not using it often, shouldn’t be an issue. Also comes with a bigger & smaller tank which is nice. Overall I’m happy I purchased this!
