Both pairs were/are beautiful - and the sound quality is immaculate! I'm a cleaner and thinking about ordering a pair for me - the fit and size can handle alot of different movements. So my other beats broke..was extremely hurt and dysfunctional without my headphones. I might be able to fix them, but wanted Studio instead since these are over the ear and not on ear. I had a previous pair, bought Solo, and realized after a little while of wearing Solo my ears hurt. Studio was the better fit for comfort. I decided to go ahead and order them. This pair is refurbished, they work just as they would new. Very high quality. Still came with everything included that you would get when buying new. I would definitely purchase these again. These have a snug fit, not uncomfortable but snug. The ear cups are somewhere in between the extra firm beats solos and the plush studio pros. Of the 3 of these, these had the best noise cancellation by a lot in my opinion. Sound is ok, nothing super special but not bad. If I had to rate the three beats products I have, I would buy the studio pros again, maybe these to use for working out, and the solos I would not buy. in fact I sold mine on Facebook marketplace because I disliked them so much. The product is good for what to expect for middle of the road quality, design, capabilities and other categories. Battery life is amazing, haven't even charged it again since I started wearing them! Design is very straight forward and sleek with not too many options to complicate it. Easy setup for any Apple users and seamless switching over to other Apple products I have. Unless you have smaller ears, the cushion design after over an hour or so starts to hurt a little bit. Stays well on your head, when when working out or moving around. As far as noise cancelling, it does a decent job but other products like Sony or Bose or others have better products if you're looking for true cancellation of surrounding noises, especially for plane rides or car trips. It does the job though for general usage and if you don't need it just for noise cancelling. The sound quality is great, it is though a little bass heavy. Using the headset to have a conversation with another person is okay without the cord/wired mic but even then sounds like you are on speaker when you're not (but keep in mind this is not built the same way like the AirPods for that purpose. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase because of how I use the product more for listening to music and drowning out excessive noises in the house from pets, guests, kids and other unwanted distractions. I bought the product refurbished and still works like new at half the cost, so definitely worth it if it's under $300. ... show more

Imagine my embarrassment when I was called saying, the ear parts were severely peeling three weeks later, the charger cord wasnโ€™t even compatible, and sounding extremely muffled when talking on them. Iโ€™ve owned three pairs of Beats, and have never endured these issues. I question if they are even genuine Beats. And Iโ€™ve missed the return date by a day. Again, these were a gift.
