Ok. Let me just say, at first I was not convinced these would be in the shape I got them in. I'm pretty sure I saw some reviews that said they showed up in bad condition or didn't work correctly. The last pair of Beats studio 3s I had (still have them but they are in terrible terrible shape from use, and surviving a dog chewing them up and my kid managing to break them) I maybe paid $5 for them from my old job. Anyways these are amazing worth the price for refurbished we got them for the kid because he basically stole mine and used the hell out of them. So I took his air pods. Anyways we've noticed recently that he hadn't been using headphones very often so we thought for Xmas we would get him a new pair because what else do you get a 14yr gamer/edm/guitar/violinist kid. He can hook these up to anything and he doesn't have to listen to my old people music in the car anymore or turn my music off mid song because I'm a 38yr old mom with an old lady music playlist? Whatever he's gunna love them I will love them because he won't be turning my music off in the car. Life really comes full circle when you realize you also turned you mom's music off in the car when you were 14 just to grow up and listen to your mom's music lol anyways thank you! The product is good for what to expect for middle of the road quality, design, capabilities and other categories. Battery life is amazing, haven't even charged it again since I started wearing them! Design is very straight forward and sleek with not too many options to complicate it. Easy setup for any Apple users and seamless switching over to other Apple products I have. Unless you have smaller ears, the cushion design after over an hour or so starts to hurt a little bit. Stays well on your head, when when working out or moving around. As far as noise cancelling, it does a decent job but other products like Sony or Bose or others have better products if you're looking for true cancellation of surrounding noises, especially for plane rides or car trips. It does the job though for general usage and if you don't need it just for noise cancelling. The sound quality is great, it is though a little bass heavy. Using the headset to have a conversation with another person is okay without the cord/wired mic but even then sounds like you are on speaker when you're not (but keep in mind this is not built the same way like the AirPods for that purpose. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase because of how I use the product more for listening to music and drowning out excessive noises in the house from pets, guests, kids and other unwanted distractions. I bought these for my son(14yo) and he loves beats hearing ability ans the comfort of them. I like the value. They are easy to connect and volume is great! I am always a little iffy when I come to teens and the sturdiness of things but so far so good.

I was so nervous before getting this Beat, due to the fact that it’s a refurbished item, plus some of the bad reviews got me more nervous! But, I went for it because the price was more affordable for me. I got the black & gold! Let me tell you, if you’re customer like me, read up on so many reviews on a product before buying it, I’m telling you now, I’m happy with my purchased on this item! It was a NEW Beat! The only thing was probably plastic warps was removed, if the brand new Beat has plastic warps on it, otherwise my Beat got in today fairly new! Layers of boxes, the actual cover inside, two wires, like a key chain thing, and the pamphlet were all in the package. I’m happy with my purchased! Give it a try for the price is right, if ya don’t want get a new one and if you’re not happy, return it! Easy as that! UPDATE 01/2021 I was too excited upon receiving my new BEAT but I should’ve waited to use it for a while before giving my review. It was cool for few days BUT later on I started experiencing some problems, First, the right side of the headphone started losing the sound then it comes back on, like it’s on and off. Second, it would make this big wild loud noise then it goes silent before it comes back on again. Third, in order for me to get a good beat on this headphone I have to turn the volume low-med not high or too loud otherwise it’ll make this weird sound and hurt my ears😖 I’m a runner and good beat is very important to me to maintain my energy but this BEAT doesn’t deliver! After all, it’s a refurbished🤷♀️ I should’ve just buy a NEW BEAT!
