The ONLY problem is that they dont give you a charger. But its a type c charger that is not hard to come by, most samsungs use a type c and my iphone 15 does too. I was skeptical of these pricey headphones, as I've always just bought cheap knock-off ones. These have great bass and highs -- much better than I expected -- and are comfortable enough to wear all day. I also really love the big volume buttons, so I am never wondering if i am hitting the wrong key. The only negatives I can find are the noise cancellation is good but could be better and the volume is limited (likely to preserve my hearing). The audio in these are okay. I wish that I could control the bass to it or something to make them a little louder but they’re decent if you’re not interested how loud they are. I do like that they’re noise canceling which is nice for whenever I want to focus on homework. another thing I’ll add is that these feel breakable…they’re just a little flimsy in my opinion or maybe it’s because I’m used to my old beats which were solo beats. I love these headphones! They are great in color and they sound amazing. The only thing wrong is when worn over long periods of time, if in the wrong spot (or you have in ear off) they start to hurt your ears.

These renewed beats said excellent condition. They were cool at first, sounded great. But about 20 minutes into listening, the left side had a constant static noise and some chirping. I heard it when music was playing and when it wasn't. Spend the extra money and get brand new!!!! Now I have to go through a B.S return policy and wait UP TO 90 days for my refund 🙄🙄🙄🙄 ... show more

Absolutely love these headphones. I was nervous bc I have stretched ears and wasn’t sure if they’d be comfortable with something snug around them. So far, so good!! Great sound - the ANC and Transparency modes are one thing but I’m really enjoying Spatial Audio with Apple Music.
