This blanket is super soft on both sides. Has Sherpa on one side and faux fur on the other. The cords are at the foot of the blanket and are very long. Easy to use and changes the temp and the timer for each side of the blanket. It functions as it is supposed to. For the price compared to other king size blankets it was worth the price for me. It’s also not too heavy if you want to use it as just a light blanket.

I like the way it feels when i took it out the box. It was sent but noticed the plastic was punctured and it was exposed to air and dust. I washed it as directed and let it air dry. It now only works on one side of the blanket. I bought a queen size. When wet it looks and feel like plastic. But when it is dry it look and feels great. I would not buy this material again and too costly for it to break after first wash. Did not send back as it is an ok blanket for the couch without electricity. But i should have returned it for the cost i paid. I have some time to think about sending it back. But i would not buy again.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this heated blanket, but am glad I finally decided to buy it. I especially like how each side has its own controller and settings. The blanket itself isn't too thick or too thin, it's just right. It heats up quickly and can get really hot. The controller has a timer on it, which I haven't used yet because I haven't needed it. It does stay on for a long time, over night, without the timer. My only negative is that I should have bought it sooner.

I purchased a king sized Bear Hug blanket in March 2024. It was easy to set-up with brief but clear instructions on how to place it on the bed and connect it. It fit the bed well and functioned perfectly until December 2024 when one controller gave an error message “E4” and would not heat up. After trying all the suggested trouble shooting steps with no luck I contracted customer service. It was an extremely positive experience. From the very beginning the folks at Bear Hug were prompt, polite and helpful. We tried a few simple diagnostic steps and when nothing worked they immediately replaced the faulty blanket. I could not have asked for a better response to my problem from Bear Hug. I highly recommend this product and company for supurb customer service. Any product can malfunction for a variety of reasons, the critical test is how the manufacturer responds to the problem. Bear Hug gets my vote for a very nice product and great service if something goes wrong.
