I love this mattress. At first when I took it out of the plastic bag it felt too soft, but once it was out for a few hours it somehow hardened and became the perfect firm I need. A great night sleep. I never had a boxed mattress before, for the price this was great I wish I would have gotten a thicker mattress than the 8in. but it's still better than a lot of traditional mattresses I've had.

Mattress arrived in a timely fashion, was reasonably easy to remove from the packaging and put on the bedframe by myself. It's absolutely been helping with some back and shoulder issues I've been having lately and I've been getting fantastic sleep on it! Would definitely recommend!

We purchased this mattress thinking it would be a medium firm but it seems to be extra firm. We wake up during the night with our back, hips, and shoulders hurting. We ordered this mattress hoping it would help but our pains have only gotten worse. I would not recommend this mattress at all!! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!
