2005 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L QCLB I like the product and fitment, went in nicely and works very well. 🤙 BUT…. the BD bolt kit was a disaster, 10mm bolts with spacers having a 9.5mm diameter, hmmm 🤔 ohhh simple math tells me it won’t fit 🤷♂️🤓🤣 Quality Control????

    • Awesome replacement for the OEM manifold.
Easy installation, excellent product quality. Noticed towing improvement on hill climbs over OEM manifold. well worth the price and an excellent improvement/enhancement over the stock 06 Dodge Cummins 5.9L manifold. FYI, if you're gonna take the time to replace the exhaust manifold, you might want to consider replacing the manifold bolts with ARP studs. The OEM bolts will break as well as the OEM manifold is prone to cracking. This is an excellent product and I recommend to all 06 Dodge Cummins owners. ... show more

    • No heat shield provisions
After doing a ton of research, I went with this product. The price was the same as buying from the factory but amazon covers shipping and possible returns if needed. I’ve put about 1000 miles on this and it’s worked perfect. BUT I will add, there are no provisions for the factory heat shield protecting the air filter housing. I ended up using two large hose clamps to get this to work. And for this reason, only 4 stars ... show more

This was a ‘while I’m at it’ upgrade. I was upgrading my turbo, cam, studs and injectors with 213K on the odo. So rather than drilling another hole for a second pyro probe (already had one for my Banks water injectors) for a pyro gauge, I might as well improve my reliability with a 2 piece manifold with its added performance flow and it already pre-drilled for 2 probes. ... show more

Perfect as advertised product have recommended this to all the Dodge Cummins owners I know. Purchased this product to replace warped OE manifold; direct replacement kit, comes with all the change over components so follow instructions. Having completed the replacement would recommend getting the BD PERFORMANCE manifold gasket kit as well. If changing as a replacement for a failed manifold get bolts or stud kits/studs in for the top set of bolt holes I highly recommend, aids in installation. ... show more

Had to fix some dings where the manifold pieces seal together but other than that it was $132 off new price....well worth the chance I took! (Edit after install) Not impressed with clearances made for the bolts or studs. Way too tight of clearances and makes for not a fun time. Everywhere but mainly where the coolant hose bracket attaches. Had to get inventive and reuse spacer and bolt to even come close. ... show more

    • It was not machined correctly
So this was not machined correctly andnthe two pieces did not fit together. Called BD up and they don't warranty their products if sold through Amazon. A great company stands behind their product regardless of who the seller is.
