Fit up was as expected . I also bought the matching bolt kit. Would give five star however the bolts for the manifold to exhaust pipe connection had shoulders instead of all threads so wouldn’t fit. Had to purchase different bolts that would fit.

Ordered based on reviews, unfortunately this passenger side exhaust manifold for my 2016 RAM 1500 5.7L Sport did not "drop right in". Bolt holes did not all line up specifically the top bolt on cylinder-6, offset by 2mm preventing the bolt to thread.
