I purchased a trampoline 2 years ago from Walmart. After the last rain storm we got, it was cheaper to buy a new one rather than replace the net and poles. After researching, I chose this trampoline. I was able to put this together myself (aside from the springs-they are very hard to put on) & the instructions were very easy to follow. It is very sturdy, and my husband even agreed this is 100% better quality. My girls jump on this daily & they love that this trampoline has a ladder to easily get in and out of.

Bought item for kids and family Very sturdy item and well built Two bars got bent in a high wind storm so I contacted customer service to get replacement parts. They got back to me quickly and got me the parts I needed. Will definitely buy products from this company again

We bought this trampoline for my 8 year old to practice her gymnastics on! It’s perfect she loves it and so does her 11 year old brother. Easy to read instructions took us about 2 hours to put together. The top post was broken and I reached out and had new ones from them in a week. Amazing customer service! The trampoline is also perfect we spent several weeks reading reviews to find the right one and I’m so glad we chose this one! Just buy it you won’t regret it!

I feel we should choose a different shipping company. This trampoline came in two boxes and FedEx split them up and put them on two different trucks. The trampoline was a bit challenging for two people to put together. However the headache of putting it together was worth it. My son loves it. The steps are awesome the quality seems to be good we've had it for less than a month. It was a bit stiff a first but after a few 90 plus days it loosen up. We purchased the 16 foot on prime day and I feel like it was a good buy.

The media could not be loaded. Put it together, toddler was on it, 3 springs snapped off, mat ripped where springs attached. Unsafe. Kind of mad. Years ago I bought a trampoline from Walmart with a net and that thing took abuse for years. Gave it away in tact. This one, twice the price and broke with a toddler jumping on it. This is not a safe item. It is dangerous. I tried to contact the company. I do not know if my message went through. I’m really not interested in returning it because that means I’d have to take it all apart, but at the same time it’s a huge waste of money.

We got the 16 footer because go big or go home! Our son is 11 so figured the bigger one for him and a few buddies to be able to play on. I was laughing my butt off when we got to putting up the net. Thank goodness the hubby is tall because my short self was useless. The springs were not hard at all to put on either. Looking forward to kid entertained summer.
