I've been dealing with lymphedema for over a year now and have struggled to find a way to keep it under control. Just three minutes daily on this rebounder in the morning and evening do a great job at reducing the swelling quite a bit, and keep it down throughout the day. It's not a cure, but the difference is significant. Compression socks that had become too tight now fit again, and easily. It feels very sturdy and handles my 240 lb weight without difficulty. The bungees are quiet in my 2nd floor apartment, no issues with neighbors. My son put it together for me, although I would guess a strong woman could do it. But it was far beyond my ability as an old lady. Highly recommend.

It was very easy for me to put together, I am very handy. The trampoline itself is very good, very effective and resistant. I ordered the one with a handle to keep your balance, it is very unstable, if you lean on it you can fall upside down. My grandson is 4 years old (40 pounds) and this has already happened to him twice. Very dangerous. It is also defective, because the legs do not have holes for the screws that hold the handle that gives you balance, all the legs are the same. UPDATE: Apparently my trampoline was defective. I purchased another one and it came more steady.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to love this trampoline but there is a critical flaw in the design. The legs that screw into the base never stay tight. I have attempted to tighten and retighten numerous times but after a few jumps the legs are loose again. Update: the company has reached out and offered to replace the trampoline. Impressive customer service. I am interested to see if the issues remain with a new trampoline. Update Jan. 2025: The company sent 4 replacement legs. I replaced the two legs that attach to the w handle bars since those were the only ones that were bent and not secured. As expected, it only took one day for those legs to become bent at the top ridge and not able to screw on to the base properly. There is a major flaw in the design with any weight/ force at all being put on the handle bars destroying the leg. I bought this trampoline because it had a handlebar. This trampoline is a waste of money. I no longer have a box to return this trampoline and I am not going to pay to get one big enough to send this back. Do not buy this trampoline.

You can’t beat the quality for the price. Very well made, easy to assemble, sturdy. I’ve had it for over 2 months now and use it every day. It really makes exercise fun and where I’ll tell myself I’m going to bounce for just a few minutes, I generally stay on it for longer because it’s fun. I have it out in my living room where it’s accessible and I can jump on several times a day—it’s easy to put away if company’s coming or I leave it out for people to try—everybody loves it! I’m really seeing results and I highly recommend the Bcan 40” rebounder.

Update: The manufacturer reached out and sent me a new rebounder. Great customer service. Fingers crossed the new one will last a little longer. In a month and a half the bungee’s are snapping and the mat is fraying.

Happy I bought the rebound trampoline. Setting up took a little time. I did buy the one with the handle for in the future. I did not set up the handle so that part is set aside. Trampoline is very stable and very quiet. I'm truly enjoying it. I only wish I ordered the 48" instead.

easy to put together and fun to use

I, like many others, read the NASA study about the benefits of jumping and decided to get a trampoline. I love this thing. It just brings me joy. It was easy to put together (albeit took some time). I've been jumping on it every day for about 2 months, and it's held up pretty well. I had to take off the handlebar because it was just making too much noise for my liking. The stretchy ties that hold the skirt around the trampoline have all snapped but I just tied them back on themselves. The other noise that comes when jumping is from the feet I think. You need to tighten them frequently which I don't really mind. It's not silent but without the bar, it's A LOT quieter. Just know that unless you're alone in the house, people will always be able to hear you jumping (even worse if you live in an apt above someone...). The other issue was that one of the bungee cords has already snapped. I don't miss it but I worry that it's the first of many to come. I hope I'm wrong and maybe I just put it at a weird angle that made it rub on the metal. Otherwise, a great way to get your heart rate up and get you moving throughout the day. I work from home, so I'll jump for 5-10 min every now and then. The first few weeks I had to stop a lot, but you work your way up and now I can jump for 30 min straight. 3 stars are for the already snapped bungy and skirt ties and squeaky parts.
