I really loved this fountain when we first got. It actually made a soothing cascade sound as it dropped down and the pump was very quiet. At night, the light added just the right touch. Unfortunately, we started noticing water on the shelf it was on. Thought maybe the cat was playing in it. But then it was more and more... and we finally figured out it was leaking out of one of the cups. I put in for a refund and talked with the supplier right away. Described the issue and they had us a refund immediately. Outstanding customer service. I really thought it was going to be a tough time but not at all. I think we just got a dud. It happens. Will definitely order from this company again though I might pick a different model just because of the issue although it seems isolated. I really appreciate them taking care of this and just know you are ordering from a very sound company. that stands behind their product.

Cute and calming little fountain. I gave it to my husband for his office as an early Father’s Day gift. At first it didn’t work because we did not put enough water in the base. Once we added more water it worked perfectly and the water sound is calming. You don’t notice the pump very much because the water trickling down is louder. I bought the anti algae solution along with the Little Rock’s to finish the look. The photo is misleading from the manufacturer because the fountain DOES NOT COME WITH ROCKS. You have to buy them separately if you want the full look. We had a little trouble with installing the blue light but once we fiddled with it we were able to plug it in. It makes a nice gift. The instructions were not as helpful as we wanted and it did not include a photo of the fountain, which it should have included with the directions. My husband put the top on the base backwards which made the cord come out of the front. He did not want to take the rocks off to redo it so for now the cord is in the front but if assembled correctly, the cord should be in the back.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I’m very impressed with this little fountain! The water pump is whisper quiet. I can’t hear it at all! The sound of the water lightly trickling down is so soothing. It didn’t come with the rocks in the photo (which I was prepared for from the reviews) so I added some lapis lazuli stones. Setup was very easy and just requires pushing the pump into a water pipe and placing the light inside of the bottom cup. Super simple and instructions were included! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

The fountain is beautifully well designed. However, putting one light at the bottom alone only highlights one flow of water in the dark! The light itself reflects on the wall of the fountain and not on the other two cascading water that flows one into the other. In the day there's no problem but, at nights you must leave on electrical lights to enjoy the scenery. Apart from the inappropriate location of lights, it is working very good for the short period that I have it. The pump is whisper quiet while the water trickles down softly into each cup. I enjoy looking at it! I LOVE fountains and doesn't plan to stop at this one. I sincerely hope it gives me LONG GOOD service.

Super cute but it fell apart in my hands the first time I was cleaning it after several days of use. Poor quality resin. Also, while it's awesome you don't hear the pump, the water sound is not much even on highest setting. My bunny drinking water is making as much of a sound as this fountain. You can barely hear it. The light is too bright and hurts my eyes, had to put small rocks over it. Looks nice but that's all. Also return is a nightmare. China seller asked for pics I sent 3x they kept asking for it repeatedly, saying they didn't get them. Called Amazon several times and they said deal with the seller. I also found out if it weren't defective I wold have to pay to ship to China and maybe get reimbursed by the seller! Ridiculous. As seller kept stalling with emails Amazon finally refunded me after several calls I had to makr. Let's see if I will get a nasty email from the seller about this review now.

I think this is a cute little fountain. Everything worked as it should and it was easy to put together. The noise isn’t as loud as I would like. That’s because I love the sound of rain and storms. I think the light is cute but I would rather it be pitch black when I go to bed. You have to unplug it to turn off as there is no switch to It. It doesn’t come with rocks but I chose not to add any. It will just take that much longer to take apart when I need to clean it or add water. I don’t hear the motor at all as some people noticed. It’s made out of resin and resembles stone. I think it’s worth the money I paid. The complaints were only because of what I like. Louder water noise and could go without the light. I’d purchase again if need be. As a side note, if you add rocks you may notice water splatter. I don’t want to take the chance of messing up my dresser so I didn’t bother with adding anything to it.

I love this fountain. I love that it has a deep tub which means you can replace the pump with a larger, more powerful one. Most pumps on fountains come with pumps that are 60 to 88 gph which is why you hear the motor over a small trickle. I replaced the pump with one that adjusts to 130 and set it to medium..WONDERFUL! Sounds like a small brook now. I add food coloring to the water and also essential oils so I get a lovely smell when it runs. You won't be disappointed if you can forego the light feature and get a stronger pump. For a lighting effect you could get submersible LED lights.
