The media could not be loaded. It was easy to assemble & very cute. The pump works fine & is quiet. Cons: lip of base is cracked. I requested a new base but have heard nothing back from customer service! Also, I purchased it to hear the water. No sound. I bought stones that look nice, but by putting them in cups, still no water trickle sounds. This is an update to my first review. Customer service was great! They shipped me a new fountain and it works very well. I can hear the trickling water and it is on a table under my covered patio. I am really enjoying it!

I think this is a cute little fountain. Everything worked as it should and it was easy to put together. The noise isn’t as loud as I would like. That’s because I love the sound of rain and storms. I think the light is cute but I would rather it be pitch black when I go to bed. You have to unplug it to turn off as there is no switch to It. It doesn’t come with rocks but I chose not to add any. It will just take that much longer to take apart when I need to clean it or add water. I don’t hear the motor at all as some people noticed. It’s made out of resin and resembles stone. I think it’s worth the money I paid. The complaints were only because of what I like. Louder water noise and could go without the light. I’d purchase again if need be. As a side note, if you add rocks you may notice water splatter. I don’t want to take the chance of messing up my dresser so I didn’t bother with adding anything to it.

Cute and calming little fountain. I gave it to my husband for his office as an early Father’s Day gift. At first it didn’t work because we did not put enough water in the base. Once we added more water it worked perfectly and the water sound is calming. You don’t notice the pump very much because the water trickling down is louder. I bought the anti algae solution along with the Little Rock’s to finish the look. The photo is misleading from the manufacturer because the fountain DOES NOT COME WITH ROCKS. You have to buy them separately if you want the full look. We had a little trouble with installing the blue light but once we fiddled with it we were able to plug it in. It makes a nice gift. The instructions were not as helpful as we wanted and it did not include a photo of the fountain, which it should have included with the directions. My husband put the top on the base backwards which made the cord come out of the front. He did not want to take the rocks off to redo it so for now the cord is in the front but if assembled correctly, the cord should be in the back.

This has been great so far. I've been running a few hrs a day for a few weeks now and the pump is whisper quiet and that hasn't changed(unlike the last fountain I tried). It looks just like the pictures. A blueish gray color. I think its pretty stylish. Throw some rocks around it and you're good. There's not much for splashing, just be careful not to put a rock right under where the water flows from the bottom pot. I haven't had to refill it too often either. My only minor complaint is that I wish the water flow sound was a little more splashy but that's my personal preference. It's still a peaceful sound. Also I was unable to suction the pump to the bottom because of the way its assembled. I don't see how it's physically possible! The pump runs fine regardless. All in all I'm very happy with this fountain. I will update if there are any issues in the future.

I have owned this for more than a year. I have battled with splash damage to the tabletop, books or papers placed around the table, etc. The motor works well and the quality is solid. The design is the issue. I even bought a bar mat to put under it to catch the splash and just haven't been happy with it. In addition, the fountain has become discolored and collected deposits where the water flows, which has aged poorly and is no longer visually appealing.

I absolutely love this tabletop fountain! After having bought & returned a couple other fountains (not this brand) that were defective & seemed extremely cheap, I stumbled upon this one & I am very happy I chose to give it a shot. It looks fantastic on my little side table, seems well made, it is not very loud, but it does sound nice & the water pump is not loud. The only small complaint I have with this fountain is I wish it had an LED light in all four “cups” where the water trickles down into. Other than that though, this is a perfect tabletop fountain for the use I intended!

Super cute but it fell apart in my hands the first time I was cleaning it after several days of use. Poor quality resin. Also, while it's awesome you don't hear the pump, the water sound is not much even on highest setting. My bunny drinking water is making as much of a sound as this fountain. You can barely hear it. The light is too bright and hurts my eyes, had to put small rocks over it. Looks nice but that's all. Also return is a nightmare. China seller asked for pics I sent 3x they kept asking for it repeatedly, saying they didn't get them. Called Amazon several times and they said deal with the seller. I also found out if it weren't defective I wold have to pay to ship to China and maybe get reimbursed by the seller! Ridiculous. As seller kept stalling with emails Amazon finally refunded me after several calls I had to makr. Let's see if I will get a nasty email from the seller about this review now.

The directions mention a single LED light to be inserted into the bottom cup of the fountain. My fountain came with a "donut" light fixture with 4 LEDs, which results in very poor lighting. There is no place to secure these to the bottom of the base cup, so I took it upon myself to insert the hose tube through the hole of the light fixture to secure it. Perhaps I am missing something? Despite the disappointment with the lights, the fountain is quite nice and is the perfect size for a desk or workspace. I may end up sending it back, unless I can figure out something with the lights.
