The media could not be loaded. Bought for my boyfriend because he wanted it for his office. He put it together and hung it up, he realized it was missing water, and we looked, and it had been leaking down the wall and onto the floor. Good thing it didn't ruin anything I couldn't fix. He opened it up and added plumbers' putty to the leaking area. It seems to be holding the water now. However, this thing is crazy loud, which completely defeats the purpose of being relaxing and something you would actually want to use. If the price was half of what it is, it still wouldn't be worth it. Buyer beware.

I love the water flow and the colors are beautiful. I sometimes stare at it for 30 minutes to an hour just relaxing. It does hold quite a bit of water but overall I think it was worth the price is a little high.

We have set it on the dresser in our bedroom and we absolutely love it. It was easy to set up and we love the colors that can be changed to. The remote is handy. At first the noise was annoyingly loud but we’ve gotten use to it and now it’s quite relaxing. Perfect for the vibe we wanted.

The media could not be loaded. There is one major problem that all of you should know before buying this unit. It looks fine, but the motor is so ridiculously loud that it is annoying and obnoxious. It is literally the loudest thing in the room and I have to turn up my TV up super loud to not be distracted by the motor. And I can still hear it. The aesthetics of the unit looks nice, but the overwhelming rattling, shaking and vibration of the motor is absolutely ridiculous. If someone from the company/ customer service reads this review, I beg you please help and send me 2 quieter motors (I purchased 2 units) or help me figure out this issue or I will return them because they are too loud. To all future customers beware, the loudness of the motor is why I gave this 2 stars.

Love the way it looks in my bedroom and I sleep with it on. Motor is a bit loud, but the hum is kind of relaxing like a fan noise. The printed instructions were near useless so a lot of guess work on setup. Holds 4 gallons of distilled water.
