The 3rd photo shows the parts that was needed and properly installed on one side and the 2nd is how the other side of the bed looked with part missing from photo 3. When receiving the product it was properly assembled. Important pieces were missing that the bed needed to properly function. Upon looking at return instructions, there were fees needed to be paid in order to return the item as well as repackage, which is not easy with big furniture. Also not having a truck to get the package back to be returned. I ended up having to DIY parts so I could assemble the bed spending an additional $35 on parts. The paper work said the bed was inspected and was ready and it was not. The company won’t refund me a partial amount or compensate for my additional money spent in order for the bed to be at its best. For the price the bed is a 5/10 in durability. For $700+ I would have expected a better quality of wood. Bed is super cute but not worth the price and all the trouble I had to go through. ... show more

Pros: the appearance! Beautiful color and material is soft to touch. Love the tufted look with the embellished jewels sunken in. Cons: quality for price!! The included slats are super cheesy pine and I don't foresee them lasting or being able to support a good mattress and body weight. Will probably have to find a metal platform frame to set inside to put the mattress on which is the most disappointing feature of the bed considering the very expensive price tag. ... show more

Be aware, mines did not come with any hardwear, it was missing peices and slates. Had to buy custom hardwear for it and the slates that came with the bed were extremely flimsy. I measured original slates and got thicker ones for it. Dealing with customer service was horrible because they didn't want to refund me and kept giving me the run around. It's a pretty bed but not worth 700 dollars or the unnecessary hassle. ... show more

I just wanted to start off by saying how excited I was for this bed. I saw it and immediately bought it which was my first mistake. the bed itself is absolutely beautiful but sturdy? forget it. i have a full size memory foam matress and keep in mind i am 5’3 120 pounds. i assembled everything correctly and not even 20 minutes into having this bed put together, i sat down and the screws on the front panel completely ripped out. the fromt panel wasn’t even a part that needed to be manually assembled!! the front panel has a piece of wood behind for the platforms to rest on and the screws holding it in place are barely a centimeter inside of the front panel so i’m not surprised. it’s a cheaply made bed made to look expensive. particle board. don’t waste this much money on something that’s not even made to last! ... show more
