My rug arrived a few days earlier than predicted, which was terrific. It is beautiful, well-made and exactly what I needed for the space. It is true to its online appearance, feels soft to walk on and doesn't have any weird smell whatsoever, which can be common with new rugs and mats. It is thin with a firm backside, which is great for its placement inside a carpeted bedroom doorway; it does not catch on the door when opening or closing the door. I bought two of these rugs. They have muted colors and an attractive pattern. However, they are thin, basically a heavy piece of printed material with a barely noticeable pile and non-skid backing. This makes them lighter and easier to get in the washing machine. The downside is that they don't feel very soft to bare feet, but still better than a bare floor. I also have a 2x3 rug from Beglad (also ordered from Amazon). The Beglad rug has a velour-like pile and feels softer underfoot. It easily fits in the washing machine. However larger sizes would probably be difficult to wash. So, it's a tradeoff. The Bavni rugs fit in the washing machines easier and the Beglad rugs are softer underfoot.

I gave this rug only three stars because of the texture. The pattern is beautiful and it is washable, but it feels like a mat that can be used to wipe your feet before entering the house. There are no soft carpet fibers. I'm keeping it because I have dogs that track in all kinds of dirt and it vacuums thoroughly. I do have another area rug from a different company and it is soft and beautifully made.

I like it. It's more colorful than I expected with more lighter colors mixed in with the dark teal green color. But that's okay. My couch is the same color as the teal green so it's going to look really pretty near my couch. Seems very well made, too. The stitching around the edge is the rug is excellent. For the price, it's a great item.

These rugs were exactly what I wanted. I needed zero pile to not trip up Mom's walker, but non skid to help the 13 yr old pup get traction on the kitchen floor tile. I have no doubt they'll wash up well with as thin as they are, and the design works with my kitchen.
