UPDATE: I wrote the review at the end of this update, and the seller immediately replaced it. I'm updating my review not because of that -- although it means a lot that they stand behind their product -- but because the reason I was so upset that it stopped working is because until then, I loved it. The price is fair on it -- I see others more expensive, and I don't know if they might be higher quality, but this one does a fine job for much cheaper than the others. I'm disabled, and I live a block away from a Great Lake, so I get a LOT of bugs, especially spiders! On a tight budget, I spray my own property with vinegar. Spraying the whole house with a spray bottle was torture on me because of my disabilities. This sprayer is the perfect weight -- it's not too heavy for me, but I can spray the entire outdoors of my property with one full jug. It has large openings that make it easy to fill, with filters so nothing gets in there to clog it. It's easy enough to keep charged, and a charge lasts for a full spraying, both inside and outside. So because of its perfect size, weight when full, easy to fill and operate, this has literally been a lifesaver for me, because I have to spray every few days -- every other day if it's rainy. And I can do it all in less than 15 mins. I hope my last one was just a lemon, and I'm not back here in 6 months to say it stopped working again lol. But I have faith that the manufacturer would not have replaced it if they didn't also believe in their product. So assuming this one lasts, I very highly recommend this, especially for anyone with disabilities, arthritis or aging, it's even easy enough for kids to use. And while I use it to spray for bugs, the way it sprays, I can tell it would also be great for watering plants and gardens. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Just past the return date, it stops working, after maybe 10 uses. And I cleaned it after every few sprays, took it apart and cleaned the pieces. The pump just stopped working, so now it's just a useless jug. Until that point, it was actually pretty good and quite handy. But that doesn't matter if you spend this amount of money and only get a few uses out of it :( Of course it lasts just long enough that you can't return it. Spend the money for better quality. Even if it had only cost $10, would you throw a $10 bill into a dumpster? Because that's essentially what you are doing when buying this -- only it's way more than $10 you are throwing away :( Because it was handy until now, I might have even given it a few stars if I'd been able to get a replacement, as long as that one didn't also die after only a few uses. But as of now, I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Wow!! I’m really impressed with this sprayer. Very powerful. Puts out a lot of pressure and product. Very easy to use and makes spraying a whole lot easier and faster. Don’t know how long it will last but so far, it’s definitely worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Please read my original review at the bottom for the whole experience. First, great customer service! Above and beyond what my expectations were. After leaving a one star, poor review over this sprayer that broke before I got to use it, Shannon from the company got in contact with me Almost immediately! They told me they were sending me a new sprayer. And on top of that they were refunding my money for the trouble! I am amazed and grateful the customer service like this still exists. I received the new sprayer in a few days. It took me a few more days due to life circumstances to test it. This one works wonderfully. Being an engineer all my life I had to look for the problem. So while looking at it, I discovered the assembly process was bad on the metal extension tube where it joins to the handle. Half of the threads were missing and at the very end of tighten it down it would go crooked and leak. I really believe I got the one "off" in the production line. The one that messed up. I did take lots of pictures of this and sent it in hopes of helping their quality control. I figured I'd return the favor of being kind and informative. I didn't have to do it. But I felt like I should. This is how good relationships get started. I'm still waiting on the refund to go through a few more steps to complete. I'll change my review to 4 stars for now, when the refund hits my bank I'll come back and change it to 5 Stars I once again thank the company for taking great care of me! I highly recommend these folks. And if yours goes bad give them a chance to make it right. Amazon only takes returns for 30 days. Their warranty is one year. NOTE: SHANNON ROCKS!!!!! PREVIOUS REVIEW : I started with water to make sure it was going to work. I got it charged and assembled. It was leaking badly by the handle. Half of the threads are missing so there's no way to tighten it up. I tried using Teflon tape. Still leaked. Some time passed, a few weeks due to other things in my life. The battery went down. I Tried charging the battery and now I've got a blinking red light when charging and the sprayer won't turn on. So now it's past the return policy for Amazon and I now own a broken sprayer. Yay me. Don't buy this.

Update: company contacted me and sending replacement no charge. They have one year warranty and are replacing without any issue so I am changing my review. The first time I used it was great and it functioned as expected. I filled it up to use around a few weeks later charged it up and got nothing. No noise just a light on the button that will come on. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Very easy to set up. Commenters had mentioned not to tighten to tight as it may compress the o-rings and cause leaking. The problem I may have had is that the cap would loosen with use, or the rubber ring is not effective, I will replace the o-rings. Also, the spray tip wood leak while I was walking between different sections of the garden. That said, the different spray nozzles all worked effectively, as I tried all three with different areas of the garden. Setup and breaking it down for cleaning was quick and everything made sense. While I'm not thrilled about the leaks, I could probably fix the issues, and I'm happy enough with the sprayer and it's quick setup and tear-down, to re-use.
