This product was HORRIBLE!! after 3 uses the plug fell off and broke!! After about 5 minutes it smelled burned and looked like it was going to catch on fire! Very poorly designed they should’ve made the plug a little more secure! Edit: changed to a 4 star because they gave me a replacement free of charge! Excellent customer service!

I was looking for a solution to my Meta Quest 3 battery issue and tried a bunch of different USB-C chargers/battery packs. I've been using these for about 2 weeks now and haven't experienced any issues! Works like a charm and swapping them out can significantly extend playtime. Just make sure you plug it in when the headset is fully charged or at least 90%. I recommend this product for anyone...plus it comes with 2. Litty.

Bought these about 3 weeks ago. The first week the plugin broke off. The third week the percentage display start to go. Now I have no idea what the percentage reads as each number only has a few lines. The batteries were good when they worked, but they just didn't last.

It actually charges the quest 3 quite fast. My thing is the led display that shows the percentage certainly is putting a drain on that battery therefore reducing how long it extends the quest 3 battery life i have another 5,000 mah battery and it last atleast an extra 30-45 minutes over this one. Also hate how the power button is useless if plugged in itll just always stay on whats the point of having the power buttom then if you cant even turn the charger off/on while being plugged in. Its just automatically always on. The power button is pretty much useless. I hate that. One big positive is the charging port is on the outside so i dont have to unplug it from my quest when i wanna charge it thats actually the main reason i use this one over my other i hated having to take the battery out charge that then charge my quest in a seperate session.With this one its very convient because with one plug and with out removing it i can charge both the battery and the quest at the same time due to the port being on the outside. But overall id say its just okay not really satisfied but i dont hate it either and incase your wondering its only about a hour and a half of extended battery life from one of these. Thats just enough to make me content with it any lower id probably want a refund. Again could be longer if they didnt have that display draining the battery. Overall its okay at best.

***service reached out and generously offered refund*** great company After 2-4 weeks the batteries break. Amazon won't let me return because "window closed." Don't play any high intensity games. The batteries USB c port will wear and fall out of it's housing.
