While it does leave a light white cast initially, even with my black hair, it blends beautifully as I work it in and does an incredible job absorbing excess oil. I can stretch my wash days to an entire week, only reapplying twice a week at night. On rushed mornings, I can skip spraying altogether, and my hair still looks great. I love this product, I have used it for many years, It can leave a light colored residue, but my hair has gray highlights so it works fine. it smells very nice as well. it does soak up oily. This is the first dry shampoo that I will actually re-order (I got the 3-pack when I purchased it so it will be a while, but still). I've tried a few brands before and was always disappointed. I'm used to washing my hair every morning but I've read many articles that say that's not good for hair so I'm trying to wash my hair every other day. I don't like the slept-in hair look, though.I like the clean, fresh, fluffy hair. None of the products I've used before gave me that look and feel. This one does. Okay, maybe it doesn't feel like the freshly washed hair but the look is definitely there. And with the rubbing in/tousling, my thin hair looks actually fuller than without the product. Last week I actually went two days without washing my hair. I was very pleasantly surprised. The only problem is that the more you use the product (meaning more days in a row), the more it builds up on your scalp. But using it every other day and washing your hair every other day seems like a perfect solution. It's a solid top score for me. The product works, it smells good, it's easy to use... Great fresh scent and, unlike other dry shampoos I have tried, it doesn't leave a white residue in my hair, or stick to product like hairspray and make my hair look and feel dirtier than before. Leaves my hair smelling clean, no longer oily, and it adds some volume, too. I will preface this by saying, use it sparingly, right at your part line/close to the scalp, and then really rub it into your roots/scalp where the oil is, and then finally, brush your hair. You can always add more if needed, but if you use too much your hair is going to look worse than when you started. Great for when you have to miss a shampoo, but can't miss work! The best brand I've tried so far. I'm not a fake profile, nor have I been compensated for any reviews...in fact, the reason I take the time to review purchases when I can is due to the fact that I find other honest reviews helpful and am tired of all the fake reviews that have polluted this site. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I've tried all the dry shampoos out there! Batiste is hands down the best bang for your buck! It doesn't dry out my hair like some and it's very light not to weigh it down either! And it smells AMAZING, not just this scent but all of them! They also have ones designated for your hair color which is perfect for when you're between hair appointments! Pro tip: when you're blow drying your hair spray some of this in when its 90% dry and it'll help your hair stay super fresh between shampoos! :) ... show more

I love dry shampoo and I've been around the block trying to find the perfect brand. And might I say this is it. If you're like me and struggle to keep your hair looking fresh without having to wash your hair every day, look no further. Honestly, this is the only brand that keeps my hair fluffy and fresh all day without having to worry about having to add more through out the day or putting my hair styled back so it appears to be fresh but really you just woke out of bed late and you didn't have time to shower and still needed to be cute look. I personally have fine hair so not only does it give me a fresh look it also peps up my hair from being to limp. But it works on more then just fine hair. My sister who's hair is more textured then mine works like a charm too (she uses it so much I have to get a subscription so I know I have stock all the time for me when I need it) I highly recommend this product to all my friends and family who are looking for a dry shampoo, if you're not sure get a travel sized and test it out.
